Another fantastic meal at Sapido! We started with the bruschetta — beautifully presented and packed with authentic Italian flavors. The gnocchi was spectacular: light, delicate, and full of soul. The service is what truly sets this place apart — warm, friendly, and so genuine, it felt like we were dining in a small trattoria in Italy. It's an intimate, unpretentious spot where we always feel like part of the family. Sapido is everything we look for in an authentic Italian restaurant — a rare and special find in Fort Lauderdale!

This is the best “hidden gem” Italian in Ft. Lauderdale. Owners are also servers and make fresh pasta daily. Excellent wine selection also. Feels like you went to your nonna's house!

I was looking for a restaurant with pesto gnocchi and this place did not disappoint. The gnocchi was fantastic. The pizza my husband had was delicious. There are other things on the menu I want to go back for. There are only about 8 or 10 tables so make a reservation or go early on a weeknight.

The food was excellent. We shared the pasta with clams and mussels in a light, slightly spicy tomato sauce—perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The pear and Gorgonzola salad was fresh and delicious. The wine selection was impressive, with options to complement every dish. The decor was charming, and the ambiance warm and inviting. It's a small space, but that only adds to its intimate and cozy feel. Good value we will be back

Super nice staff. Pasta was fresh and perfectly al'dente. Very good wine selection and relaxing environment. Not rushed. Everything came out fresh made and delicious.

With a friendly professional staff and amazing food this is our favorite in all of Ft Lauderdale. We love Silvia, our server that we call our friend and Claudio's charm is welcoming and accommodating. The owners are lovey, down to earth and we are grateful we have this special place. Food is as good as eating in Italy! The food is freshly made and delicious. The calamari appetizer was succulent. The gnocchi perfection and the chicken so moist and flavorful!

Hidden gem! So glad we found it randomly on open table. I'm from NY and it was the best Italian food. Every morsel was fresh and handmade! Wine selection was amazing too and the service was fantastic.

Our experience was perfect! The small restaurant is the best blend of personality and Italian chic. The food is delicious and made from extremely good ingredients! The owner picked meals for us. Upon our requests and they were wonderful. We had the octopus and Caesar to start which were amazing! The most tender octopus ever. And homemade fresh pastas for meals. Spaghetti vongole- hands down the best I've had since Italy. Carbonara- with perfectly crisp guanciale and tagliatelle tartuffo. With fresh truffles. Amazing. Start to finish.

First time and I was not disappointed. Pasta was delicious, service was great. It's very small inside so making rsvp would be wise. I'll be back.
