Scolapasta Bistro and Pasta Shop is an amazing place with delicious homemade pasta and incredible staff. The pork chop special was the best ever. The service is great, with friendly waiters like Mike and a welcoming family atmosphere. The manager, Raul, is knowledgeable and passionate about Italian food and wine. The authentic dishes, from appetizers to pasta, are delicious and pair well with a nice Montepulciano Riserva. The only thing missing is some authentic Italian music, but that's an easy fix with a request. Highly recommended for anyone looking for nice Italian food.
