We are regulars at this restaurant, and recognize that there can be one experience out of many, and this was it. Although the restaurant was not anywhere near full, our server and her trainee seemed busy elsewhere and never check back for beverage refills. The vegetables that were served were undercooked. The filly cheese steak flat bread had a lot of onions and very little meat. Also, in an almost empty restaurant, harsh vocal music was playing at an extremely loud level that...
We made reservations for three this evening. When we came in, they had a lounge singer. She was great and added a nice ambience to the evening. Jade was our server and she did a great job suggesting a beautiful big red wine and some other nice choices. The executive chef Eduardo, came over to our table, greeted us and mentioned that if there's anything that he can help with, that it was his pleasure to do so. Always a pleasure to dine at Seasons 52! Very good food, great service and such pleasant ambiance!!! The music is soft enough that you can have a conversation without ‘shouting'..
