I’ve had many ramens in my life all over the world and I must say this ramen is by far the best I have ever tasted! The broth is not too heavy, not too lite, it’s just right and with that extra truffle sprinkle it’s ridiculously good! The pork melts in your mouth and there is the perfect amount of bamboo shoot, nori, fish cake and noodles! This holds the crown for best ramen in the world?

The appetizers are great. The Ramen is even better! Adriana (I think that is her name) is the woman that took our order and she was very helpful since it was my first time being there. Definitely found my go-to ramen spot, I love it and will definitely be a regular!

Excellent ramen and very pleasant experience dining here, manager/owner was extremely friendly and the quality of the food was fantastic. I think the restaurant needs to refocus their menu, the other items like the jalapeno poppers with a Mexican flag in it doesn't fit the theme of the restaurant and stands out like a sort thumb. Some of the tapas and small dishes feel like they have no business being features in a japanese ramen restaurant that wants to be taken seriously. The takoyaki is a nice feature, but I would like to see them feature more traditional japanese street foods too like okonomiyaki or yakitori skewers. Not jalapeno poppers and chicken wings with corresponding flags from their countries of origin. Still, their flag ship dish, the ramen noodles, especially their truffle tonkatsu is fantastic.

Very confusing to get into this place for visitors, not familiar with the area....parking options are terrible and they give you only a 30min park allowance ....I left ...didn't bother to eat there ,went somewhere else .

Authentic, mouth watering, and beautiful ambiance. We truly enjoyed our experience. Staff were all attentive and helpful. The owner was sweet enough to give us the meaning of the restaurant's name. Senbazuru translates to 1,000 origami. Per her explanation ancient Japanese legend vows that folding a thousand origami cranes will give you luck and you'll also be granted a wish. A touching story she provided was that often times a community will come together to fold origami to ask the Gods to help heal someone in need. The restaurant has a bowl of origami and they even let you choose from a variation of colors to take as a gift. We had a variation of gyoza and the Senbazuru Spirited Truffle Tori Tonkotsu Ramen. Both were crowd pleasures and I would suggest them hands down. The broth in the ramen had great depth of flavor and the meat was very tender and tasty. Two thumbs up to this restaurant. AMAZING!!! Life-changing ramen! I went with my mom and her friend this Friday and it was incredible. Great food and even better staff, she was super nice and genuine! Loved it, the ramen is out of this world

As someone whose gone a long way for ramen, like literally almost every where around here. This is the best ramen ever. There’s so much flavor in the broth I had the first option of ramen I think it’s called toku it’s my major recommendation! The way it all ties together it taste like a whole new world? I loved it and the people are so kind thanks❤️
