Worst customer service experience ever. After all of my food was ordered and placed at the counter, the worker proceeded to ring up the person behind me and instead of ringing up our food. The person behind me called the lady out and was like she is next why are you ringing me up. She still continued to try and ring him up. I have never been treated like this before. Never again

My experience was positive in every aspect. There weren't many people waiting, so we were served super fast. We ordered two 305 Cuban Sandwiches. They were a good size as you can see in the photo. The service was very good as well.

Absolute horrible!!! Staff was rude and lied stating they don't accept vouchers from the airport. They made a already horrible day due to 4 delays even worse!! Stay away!!! The manager is horrible, rude and the food is disgusting. Close them down asap!!!!!

Service was terrible. As soon as I said "hello", it was responded with a "huh?". Despite nobody being in the line for the food, I still wanted to give it a shot. I should of went with my gut and walked right past it. Steak sandwich was a literal piece of wood between two slices of bread. No mayo to even moisten the wood.

Honest opinion, shut it down and lock the door. Do not plan to reopen. Bad service, bad food.

Food was good for the Airport, do not expect real Sergio's food but it is a decent option.

Whenever I’m in Florida, I try to sample as many Cuban sandwiches as I can. Sergio’s had the worst. Long wait line caused by inefficient, inattentive staff—was seriously wondering how stoned the lady behind the counter might be! Cheapest possible ingredients. Uninteresting, tasteless bread. Gray tasteless pork. Cheap Hormel-style ham slices. Two entire pickle slices for a whole Cuban sandwich. An awful experience.

From a Miami Cuban; this place is pretty solid. Cafe con leche, pan tostada con mantequilla, empanadas and croquetas, came out piping hot. The Cafe con leche was good, not overly sweet like a lot of places do it. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of is that they put all your food in the same paper bags, so if you have a croqueta and something else, it'll be smushed.

We got 2 empanadas and 2 cuban sandwiches for around $30. This is way better than say the taco place in the A gates that cost $25 for 3 tacos, so all things considered it was a decent deal. The empandas were stuffed well and hot and good. The Cuban sandwich was fine, did the trick but nothing special. Easy access if you are in the B gates area.

Do not eat here. Cashier was rude and the food is garbage. I ordered an empanada and breakfast sandwich. Food made me so sick that I threw up on the plane. Worst ever

Sergio’s has lost its quality when it comes to their empanada. I have been going here for years every time Im in Fort Lauderdale. I even tell our passengers to try it. But lately people are saying that it’s bland, burnt, old stock and not good. I had to experience it myself. I was not please with the empanadas I bought. It’s not only burnt but dry and bland. I hope management will do quality check for this location. For the price your selling those empanadas, at least make it worth the people’s money!

I got the steak sandwich, which is the worst I've had anywhere! It had one slice of "steak" on it, which may have been 1/8" thick. The staff had an attitude also. Stay away from this place!

Beef Empanadas and chicken and guava are so good. Although they only give you one sauce per order and don’t even fill the ramekin only like half way. I had an order of 5 empanadas (for a total of three people) and was only given one sauce even when asking for two. Kinda ridiculous.

About as disappointing as you’d expect from an airport Cuban sandwich. Meat was dry, bread felt stale. Flavor was lacking. Fountain Diet Coke was the highlight of the meal.

Absolutely disgusting. Is this real safe meat?Featuring a questionable ham and cheese empanada.
