The 2 employees (Marie and another woman) tonight were so rude and acted like they could care less to be there. OJ wasn’t being served and they were out of chicken. I don’t recommend.

Watched the cashier talk on her personal phone and laugh for 5 minutes before taking our orders. When she finally came up to work, she informed me there was no coffee (the only thing I came for). I suspect she just never brewed any more once it last ran out.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I got a bowl with chickpeas, rice, plantains, and spicy habanero sauce.

The employee who helped me was amazing and seemed happy. All of the employees were laughing with each other and seemed to be in a good mood. Service was prompt and polite!

The food was in my opinion really good. I LOVE the chickpeas and the habanero sauce. I really enjoyed my bowl.

The price is fine. It’s right on par with chipotle and I expected it to be more for what I got being that airports are usually more expensive.

I love it. I’ll be back next time. I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you!

Awful food + Awful service

Got a steak sandwich. Tasted like dish water. We were in a rush to catch boarding, and they were giving the paid sandwiches to random people without giving a hint of consideration. This process took over 20 minutes until I finally got my sandwich, and again, it was awful. Staff was disrespectful, and had no desire to help anyone.

I love the Cuban toast with butter. The service it was very nice and it’s very quick at the airport!

Really not very good. I usually have great experiences with Cuban food but this is not the real deal. Staff look really unhappy. I bet the owner doesn’t treat them very well. A common thing today.

My husband and I ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches before a 4 hour flight. We didn’t have much time and it took close to 10 minutes to get our food. My husband scarfed his down but I could see that the turkey was discolored so I opened it up. The meat was actually freezer burned and rotting. It smelled bad and I luckily didn’t eat it. My husband got food poisoning. 0/10

The service is terrible here. The dark skin lady that was there today was so mean and rude. They ran out of chickpeas too and she gave me an attitude for it as if it was my fault. I had to order empanadas that were def not cuban instead. Poor customer service.

Bowls were great

The most horrible place on earth. The two ladies tonight who told me name was Marie spoke zero English were extremely slow and rude, they just literallly watched me as I was speaking to them trying to understand what I was saying. This is an airport how do u not speak English and gave me all of my order incorrect. Nothing I ordered was right this place is a mess. They should do something about this place and shut down. They just went and walked away. Zero customer service and I will tell all my friends and family to never come here they need to hire English speaking workers! People who will be sufficient and have knowledge in customer service and what they’re doing!

Maybe one of the worst cuban sandwiches I've had in my life. I live in West Tampa, and have never ate a cuban sandwich where the bread is soft and broken. Seems they pre-make them. Definitely would run out of business within a month in Tampa.

Very slow service, don’t go if you’re about to miss a flight. I had the cashier ask me if I’ve ordered when I showed her a 25 minute old receipt with my order on it.

help was not nice and very slow.
Food was almost not eatable

Do not order from this place. Took 45minutes and they still didn’t get our order right and ended up canceling it. Who works that slower in an airport? Wish I could do zero star
