I went to the one in Ft. Lauderdale Airport.....great food fast service. ...always busy

Not a bad experience for an airport restaurant.

Shroom burger is pretty unique. Nice crunch. The coffee is a bit let down. Strong acidic undertone and bitter without any aroma. For close to $4 for a small cup, I would expect better. Any McD does a better job.

I see a lot of complaints but I always enjoy my meal here. Better food option than others in the terminal.

They had gluten free buns and I was able to get lunch at 10am on a Monday before my flight

i made my order at 8:13pm on Dec 20th and got it by 8:35pm. only because the person in charge of packing and calling out names went in to the back and didn’t come out for good 10 minutes. He came out only because other employees called him out as orders kept piling up. There were good 6~7 orders waiting to be packed.

I don't go out of my way for Shake Shack - but on the last few occasions at the Fort Lauderdale Airport location, the double cheese burger, it has to be a double cheese burger -because its a weak a-- flimsy burger otherwise.

Now remember it was busy time and everything was rolling with the fresh stuff - best cheeseburger ever each time.

The other passengers could smell it , they could see it and their mouths were open and empty. LOL not mine - what a great burger - thank goodness it replaced Miami Subs (may god rest his soul).

The "cheese fries, topped with cheese sauce" cost an extra $1.10, but it was just fries with a tiny plastic cup of processed cheese sauce on the side. Overall, the food is overpriced and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry because the food prep is very slow.

Best of the bunch in Terminal 2. Same prices as at a normal restaurant, service was quick and everything tasted great. Drinks were good and the cute collectable wine cup was a hit with my wife.

Pretty good burgers, friendly staff. We got there just before the lunch rush started, so probably a 5 minute wait for our burgers and fries. Not sure why it gets such bad ratings.
