We came in to celebrate two birthdays, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress, Cheyenne, was incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive to our entire table. She made sure everything ran smoothly and truly made the celebration feel special.
The service overall was outstanding, friendly, efficient, and professional. The buffet was fresh and fantastic, with a great variety that everyone enjoyed. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the service just right, but they nailed it here.
We’ll definitely be returning again. Thank you, Cheyenne, and the entire team for making our birthday dinner such a great experience!

We had an amazing night overall — the food was great, and the ticket times were perfect, not long at all. However, my perception of the experience changed toward the end of the evening. Our bill included an automatic 18% service charge for a party of six, but I had only five adults and my 8-month-old baby. As someone who works in the industry, that felt unacceptable and misleading. It's essentially charging extra where it shouldn't apply — which I consider a form of dishonesty. I usually tip generously (20% or more, plus cash), so this was especially disappointing. When I mentioned it to the server, her response was indifferent — “Yes, that's how it is” — with no apology or effort to clarify or correct the situation. That lack of care really upset me. Additionally, my entrée was served while the table was still full of appetizers. The food runner simply placed it down among the cluttered plates, forcing us to shift things around just to make space — an unprofessional move that disrupted the flow of service. Thankfully, when I spoke to a manager, he handled the situation exceptionally well. He listened, acknowledged the mistake, and offered to remove the service charge (which I declined and asked to keep). What I truly appreciated was his willingness to take accountability — that's all I wanted from the start. The manager's professionalism saved the experience, but the server's attitude reflected poorly on the team. Service like that is what gives good establishments a bad name, and she should not represent a place that otherwise offers such great food and ambiance.
That was my first visit, and I was genuinely impressed by the atmosphere, the food, and the music. I particularly enjoyed the back area, where you can dine while watching the boats pass by, such a relaxing experience. Our waitress, Jade P., was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and efficient. The service overall was outstanding. I’m very much looking forward to returning❤️

This place is so overhyped and overpriced!
We had a reservation and still had to wait in a big crowd for 20 min for our table. After we ordered our food (a group of 6) we had to wait for over an hour!!!! For the food. When we finally got it it was cold and very disappointing. Everyone in our group was disappointed. I got the most expensive shrimp salad and it was just a huge bowl of lettuce with 3(THREE)!!!! Shrimps! For real?! It was also tasteless. This was the worse brunch in my life. I also paid $12 for parking. So this brunch cost me $50 and I left hungry and I didn’t even have anything to drink except some soda.

We ate here 3 times so far! Food is always good, their cake is super delicious, the biggest slice ever! Hubby and son love their ribeye. This is a good restaurant, mostly people come to celebrate something but it’s good for all occasions. The outdoor seating is awesome. There’s valet and ample public parking. One thing I cannot understand is the check-in experience…The front desk is consistently rude, not sure why because the servers are lovely! They go above and beyond to keep you happy. Once you get past the front desk experience, it’s a great place.

Such a great time, food was amazing! Service is always on point! Impressed with how they handled the weather change!
The male manager there Jared had the nastiest attitude me and my husband had made our order we got fried calamari, shrimp and scallops but there were no scallops we reported that and we weren’t expecting nothing but maybe an apology for the inconvenience cause I was really craving the scallops mind you I am a pregnant woman but the manager came by and only said “ okay okay okay” and left to courtesy no apology just full of attitude but our waitress Azelia was very polite

Restaurantji Recommends
This is my first time going to this restaurant and I was beyond disappointed. The broccoli was hard and cold. I never received the bake potatoe I order. The snapper was ok the cornbread was ok. Overall the food was not what I expected. My bill was $145 I gave a tip of $20. So I paid money for food we did not enjoy. Also I requested a table by the window because of the birthday celebration. That did not happen . No special recognition of the birthday celebration. The manager took off the cheapest items on the ticket. We will not be back nor will I recommend this place. I have never been so embarrassed celebrating my boyfriend birthday.

This is our 3rd time at Shooters, the food is usually very good, and their pricing is reasonable. Reservation recommended, there is valet and public parking. My son liked his ribeye, I had the short ribs, my husband had the rotisserie chicken. Everything was great. Their cake is great, the biggest slice, I've ever seen. The front desk staff can be rude at times, but once you're past them, the servers are quite courteous and helpful.
We had a delicious lunch, lobster roll, Parm crusted Rainbow Trout, Spicy Tuna Roll. All beautifully plated and so delicious. Mojito and Old fashioned cocktails so refreshing. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful FL weather.
