Atmosphere beautiful,palm trees, nice view.
Pleasant staff.
My only complaint is dinner did come with a side like perhaps a small side salad.No bread was offered as well.A small complementary bread basket would have been a nice add

We are frequent patrons of Shooters and usually we have zero issues. Tonight started badly and continued to go downhill. Started at happy hour after waiting 20 minutes for our apps we watched them walk past our high top table outside. I watched the food runner walk aimlessly outside with our order then turn and return it to the kitchen. We told our waitress who then proceeded to take another tables order before checking ours. We cancelled the order and went to a table outside for dinner, the ribs I ordered we tough and fatty. Waitress said a manager would come speak to us but never showed.

Kiera was amazing...she made the night special by seating us at a waterside table even though we had been told no dockside tables were available. We had friends visiting from out of the country and had saved Shooters for our last night together! Thank you! 😊

We stopped at Shooters Waterfront on the water taxi and it couldn’t have been a more perfect choice! Even without a reservation, we were welcomed warmly and found a great spot at the bar overlooking the river, a beautiful place to catch the sunset. I tried their take on an espresso martini with Baileys, and it was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to AJ behind the bar, who was not only incredibly hardworking but also clearly passionate about what they do. The atmosphere, views, and service all made for a wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Our server was so nice. His name was Drew..he was on SPOT..he received everything he liked. We didn’t have to wait for anything, NO REFILLS..

Then his co workers have the nerve to label he NFL..NOT FOR LONG..we are from Pittsburgh, Pa & work in the restaurant business & he was wonderful💙💙

Im really not a fan of shooters because the food isnt that great and the main thing is they allow dogs (big dogs) in this restaurant. Everyone isnt dog friendly. While we were waiting to be seated a customer came in with a big dog on a leash but she was allowing the dog to sniff people as she walked in. It's bad enough they bring dogs inside a restaurant for people but to allow the dogs to walk up to people is insane! I will never refer anyone to this place.

Overpriced, over hyped. Mediocre food. Overcrowded. Loud. Our reservation was for 1pm but we were not seated until 1:30 even though we were on time, and we were seated upstairs. We were a party of six, so our waitress was guaranteed 18% gratuity and while polite and professional, she was pretty inattentive. First time here, but wasn't impressed. Doubt I'll return.

The food was great and the salmon fish was grilled perfectly! The chef came out and asked us how our food was to give us thank you for complimenting him to the workers. 10/10

By far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a very long time. It was supposed to be a special date night for me and my girlfriend, but it was completely ruined. We asked to sit outside, and they placed us just three feet away from a loud blowing fan. When I asked to move, the only option they gave us was to sit inside right next to the kitchen. It was so noisy we couldn’t even hear each other talk.

The service was just as bad. Nobody came to take our order for a long time, the server never once checked back to see if we needed more drinks, and the overall attention to customers was nonexistent. For the prices they charge, you would expect at least basic hospitality, but we got the opposite.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. What should have been a nice, memorable evening turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

Greeted by a friendly hostess. Our server Vickey had a great personality and led us to a few menu choices as her favorite. I enjoyed the big salad with beets and full of delicious veggies and salmon added. My husband enjoyed the grilled fish tacos. Very upset they removed the Veggie Roll off the menu! It was so good and their replacement doesn't even come close
