4/26/24-Shooter’s has been a favorite tradition of our family for over 30 years! Today was a family reunion and it was a magical and delicious culinary experience!I set up a reservation and we were greeted by a wonderful hostess! They graciously honored my reservation request and we literally had the best table with the best view ever!!Wow! Outside in the shade right on the intracoastal with spectacular views of the passing yachts!Michael D- was our server/host and offered the most attentive professional service we’ve ever had!Please ask for Michael D- if you want exemplary service!We ordered drinks first and the calamari to start!I ordered the coconut cream mojito and it was delicious! The calamari was crispy and piping hot with the lemon aioli!Enjoying our drinks and the view we decided on the shrimp and scallops over the risotto! The shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly! The risotto was creamy and so heavenly delicious and tasty!Seared Brown Butter Scallops & ShrimpRoasted red pepper, corn & goat cheese risotto, Lemon arugula coulisMaybe the best we’ve ever had! We were full but had to have dessert!I ordered the Coconut Cream Cheesecake and we also had the Apple pie! Both huge portions enough to share!Absolutely delicious ! Two cappuccino’s! Finding a renovated Shooters and it's beautiful with a new trendy menu!My server was Susan and she was delightful...This was an emotional homecoming for me..I ordered the Watermelon gazpacho which was the daily special and it was so delicious! Fresh and vibrant!Then I ordered the Scallops and shrimp risotto, also delicious! The scallops were cooked perfectly! Of course the atmosphere and scenery is relaxing and mesmerizing! The atmosphere is always festive and family friendly. The views from everywhere are amazing with Yachts going past…We sat outside with a spectacular view! Mikia was my fabulous server. Service with a smile! Very attentive and welcoming. She never rushed us. It was Black Friday at Noon.. and they were just starting to get busy… the weather was beautiful! The lunch menu has something for everyone! Salads, Sushi, Burgers, pasta, chicken, seafood.I ordered my Pinot Grigio and the appetizer Coconut Shrimp. Puppy decided to rest in his carrying case (we took the Brightline so I had to have the carrying case).The coconut shrimp were butterflied - there were 4 of them for $18.00 as the appetizer. A bit pricey and unfortunately they were dry - a bit over fried. The dipping sauce was delicious. They were still very tasty. I was too hungry to send it back. The wine was crisp and cold! Perfect! You go for the view and the atmosphere! I will definitely order the burger next time!The complete renovation and expansion of the outdoor seating is trendy with a Bahamas tropical vibe! Beautiful!Definitely don’t miss this Fort Lauderdale Treasure!! It’s the best restaurant on the intracoastal! I highly recommend!!!
The food is okay and not worth the prices. This place made me so upset. They take a while to bring out the food and we have to chase down the waiter for help. It was so hot around brunch time and we asked if they could open the umbrella for shade because I had my toddler. My toddler was so hot she was turning red in the face!!! The manager Rob told us no!! Because he said it was to windy. It literally was not that windy. And he was rude about it!!It felt like 100 degree's and the manager did not care at all. We had to use our menu as shade. I will never go back!! I do not recommend unless you want to bake in the sun the whole time.

I’ve been to shooters many times for brunch, however, will not be returning again unfortunately - Emma had to have her diaper changed and the family restroom was occupied and she was quite fussy so Sergio and I decided to change her in the women’s bathroom. The baby changing table was right next to the bathroom door so Sergio was BARELY inside the restroom and was changing Emma when the hostess yelled saying he couldn’t be in the bathroom. He wasn’t using a stall or washing his hands or being a “peeping tom”, he was changing his CHILD. Everyone wants to talk about being progressive and for the dads to be more involved but when it actually happens it’s a problem lol - but I’m sure if he said he identified as a woman all would’ve been well. So disappointed

Went in at 5pm on a Monday. We were told they were only seating those without reservations at the bar, but my husband and I had our infant son with us so the hostess made an exception which was so kind. We were asked if we wanted a booster and said yes but we were seated in a booth where a booster would have really impeded waiter traffic and were never brought one so we didn't bother bringing it up. Our waiter was also really nice and we noticed they are share their favorites on the menu which was a nice touch. We ordered the calamari, seafood pasta, and ribeye, all of which were very delicious!!Parking: Self park across the street in parking structure $4/hour or valet $8Kid-friendliness: Lots of families dining in, very kid friendly restaurant despite being an upper scale seafood restaurant

Beautiful place,beautiful view, food is good but service not so much, you have to wait long time for the drinks,wait long time for the server to take the order,long time for the food to arrived, never got the last glass of wine that we order ,never got the to go box that I requested twice, we wait long time for the check. Terrible! And they weren't that busy that's the worst part. That's a shame I really love the view.
