Shula Burger FTLD Airport

Very good Caesar salad. Terribly inefficient and slow service. Almost everyone had a problem with their order, and our food took 25 minutes for a simple salad.

The staff were incredibly nice! The food was amazing. I wasn’t sure what the lady at the registers name was but she was so nice to talk to and very helpful:) The kitchen staff were super cool too.

Avoid this place enough you want to wait 40 mins for food. Ended up having to ask for a refund since they kept skipping our order and had to eat somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order the veggie burger. Absolutely the worst veggie burger I’ve ever had. I couldn’t finish it. Don't trust any of the 5 star reviews. The only way to give this place 2 stars is if you are comparing to McD or King. No way this place can earn 2+ stars.

I only give this the 1 star because it's required. Do not waste time or money. Raw hamburger. Sent it back, got it back raw again. Fries didn't taste like fries. I couldn't even eat the hamburger.

Service is good. Fries are also fine. But veggie burger was deep deep deep fried. Like you could drip oil out of it.

Onions rings were fresh and tasty. The chicken on the salad was inedible. The Sierra salad was very basic and not at all appetizing. Threw salad after 2 bites. Wasted $17

The ladies at Shula Burger rocked today. While we don’t normally eat a full on meal at the airport, we were starving so we ate. The ladies cooking answered many questions without a hitch, always polite and very helpful. The burgers were good, but the staff working at 12:30pm on 6/16/25 were very professional and very kind! They deserve a raise! 😊🍔🍟

Slow. Poor food quality. No seasoning on the burgers, no salt on fries. The quality of the hamburger was very disappointing. Coach Shula would not tolerate the way this place is run.
