For a $10 burger, you get one tiny little pickle and one tomato slice in a nothing special burger. Go to Burger King instead in terminal B.

I don’t typically review but unfortunately this was not a place that I would eat at the airport. I thought there was an exception of great burgers here. I order the Mushroom and Swiss burger medium. What I received was a half melted piece of cheese, a very small portion or Mushrooms and a burger that was hard as a hockey puck. All served on a stale bun. I ordered chicken tenders, paid for them and then was told there were none. I asked for some mayonnaise to be told they were out of that as well. The only thing remotely edible was the fries because they were hot. If you’re at the airport and looking to eat, the line may be longer but go next door to Rocco’s Tacos. Do not waste your time or money here.

Travel frequently in airports and this is probably the worst run restaurant I’ve encountered. Take your order and money and then let us wait for food that’s not coming. Grills aren’t working and worker went somewhere else to try and get food. Manager doesn’t communicate and workers are slow and unmotivated.

These burgers are nothing special. The tendies were a bit better....ask for sauce...it is not automatically given. Service was quite nice. The canned margarita was pricey but scratched the itch while awaiting a delayed flight.

I’d give it zero if I could. Service is insanely slow - folks making the food are in slow motion (of the crew of 3, one lady just walked around and did nothing), they filled orders for people who ordered after others, customers had to wait so long that some asked for money back and others were begging for their food bc boarding was happening. Overall mood is depressing. Based on other ratings this must just be a bad day? But I’m definitely not exaggerating what we saw and experienced.

My recent experience at Shula Burgers was incredibly disappointing. The staff was completely disinterested and showed no hospitality whatsoever. However, the worst part was the food. The burgers had a disgustingly rancid taste. I have never spat out food before, but this burger was so revolting that I couldn't swallow it and had to throw it straight into the trash. It seemed like the oil used to cook the burgers hadn't been changed in weeks.
For a price of $20, I expected at least something edible, but this was beyond awful. The burger was extremely rancid and not fit for consumption. I would strongly advise against eating at Shula Burgers if you're looking for a decent burger experience. Never again!

I used to look forward to departing from terminal 1, even went out of my way to get a real tasty Shula burger. This is not worthy of the name anymore. Burgers are bland, employees exude IDGAF. Please shut down this embarrassment. I'll stick to the free food in the lounge from now on.

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow and food took forever. They were all half asleep and on their phones the whole time.. Dont go here…extremely expensive and huge waste of money on horrible food and ride staff. Shula needs to get his business in order !!!!

Price was ok, but food was tasteless. Food food did not look like their pictures when you order. It reminded me of high school cafeteria burgers. Fries were good. Onion rings were good but very greasy.
