Sicilian Oven

We ordered Calabrese pizza to go. It was good but just a few pieces of chicken. Nothing like the picture on the Menu. That's why didn't rated 5

Sicilian Oven on Oakland Boulevard was a great spot for dinner. The atmosphere was nice, and most of the food was excellent. However, the pizza was just so-so—not the highlight of the meal.

That being said, everything else was well-prepared and flavorful, making it a solid choice for an Italian restaurant chain. Would definitely return, but probably for something other than the pizza!

I should have known better than to order wings from a pizza place. It took twice as long for my meal and it still came out raw on the inside. The flickering lights above my table did not help the situation. I’m sure most people expect a glass bottle when they order sparkling water.

I’ve been eating here for years. The food has always been consistent with plentiful toppings on the pizzas that always impressed me until lately. The last two orders I received I barely could tell there was anything on them. Each slice had at most 2-3 pieces of pepperoni, very little cheese, around the same amount or less of the other two toppings I ordered.

I won’t be back.

I had came here several times while in Ft Lauderdale. All the sudden I was treated very poorly by Mary; she started providing bad service and last time told me she refused to wait on me for no reason. Mary needs to take time off and think about her frustration. Life can be hard but you work in the service industry and taking out your troubles on customers in hurting Sicilian Oven's business. There are many customers (all men) that are being treated badly by Mary the bartender. I had to leave last time prior to ordering dinner because bartender refused to wait on me. Not sure what I did to create an issue except for an unpaid tab another patron put on my bill. I went ahead and paid the tab and politely excused myself. Very disappointed because I enjoyed coming here and most of the staff were awesome.

I have been coming here for years. However, there's one particular bartender that is friends with the manager and she has become outright offensive to many customers. I think Mary has caused many problems with several customers with outright confrontational behavior as a bartender. The rest of the staff is great and friendly. Sorry to be negative but this is what I am consistently observing and people are not coming back including myself until the situation is delt with.

Very over priced. Manager is very difficult and is very over bearing on any issue. Use to be a great place but stop coming here.

Mary the bartender here is very abrasive and outright unprofessional. She says she's friends with management etc and can whatever she wants . This is not good for the business and we won't be returning for the meatballs and wine we loved. Make some changes and we might return.

I always eat at SO and has been great. However I ordered 2 take out pizzas last night and they were the worst pizzas I ever had. When I got home they were soggy and tasteless hardly any cheese. Need
To up their pick up quality.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review because of the waiter's attitude. I didn't want to leave a tip, and the waiter got offended and her communication style immediately became rude. A good waiter should remain neutral in such a situation, because there are various reasons for not leaving a tip, which I don't have to explain to her.

Excellent pizza, great price. Staff is friendly and fast.
The music is wayyy tooo loud. Can’t even talk to your friends . Not sure what they are wanting to do with bar like music levels.

This is one of our go to places when we are in the area...the food is VERY consistent..the fried calamari was fresh, crispy and a good portion..the Caesar salad was also fresh, cold and the dressing was authentic..the small Boss pizza was also baked perfectly nice and crispy..the service was attentive with a smile...the only problem was the SYRUPY SANGIA...it tasted like ALL syrup...the server took it off our check..if you are looking for a GOOD meal it's here...
