Last night at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, we had the pleasure of being served by Robert, who was not only our bartender but also took care of our table. He truly made our evening memorable with his exceptional service and contagious humor. Robert's ability to blend professionalism with a personal touch made us feel welcomed and entertained throughout our visit.His quick wit and comical timing kept us laughing, and his recommendations from the menu were spot on. We've been coming here for years. They have phenomenal pulled pork, their dry rub wings are wonderful and so are their baby back ribs. We love their cornbread and corn! But we honestly make it a point to go just so we can sit with Robert at the bar because he's awesome!

I was in Plantation for work and decided to stop in for dinner. If you have the opportunity, ask for Darius. He was such an attentive and friendly waiter. Definitely going to try and come back before I leave town

My family and I decided to give smokey bones a try while we were in town for the weekend, the restaurant was empty except for 6 plus tables our server had. We waited 20 minutes for drinks, our server took our order it came out incomplete we asked 2 separate employees for the items we were missing but never received them, the brisket was just a big piece of fat and a little bit of burnt meat. We asked to speak to a manager we were told he was too busy to talk to us and he was fixing something on the line. I can’t even tell you how long we sat while our server had too many tables to manage. After we paid and left I emailed in to the store to speak with someone on our experience and have not had anyone reach out to me. We will not be returning.

May was a wonderful server! Very kind and attentive and made our experience very pleasant. As for the food, absolutely amazing.I got the 1/2 chicken platter and the sauce and texture of the chicken was perfect, the fries were crispy and the mac and cheese was wonderful. The fried pickles were perfect the batter was crispy and not soggy like other places. The pecan butter was a little too strong but the cornbread itself was great.Here’s the aftermath:
