The quality of the food and other products is excellent! But the service is ridiculously slow; unjustifiably delayed. Even when ordering in advance, I’ve had to wait every time. The quality of service is bad enough for me to avoid coming back.

Food is decent but service is extremely slow. I can no longer come here on my lunch break because I spend the majority of time waiting. Very slow service for a sandwich. Same whether it's busy or slow.

This place is clean, the customer service was excellent!! I ordered the Soursop smoothie and it tasted pretty awesome. Idk what it was going to taste like, but it was good and I’ll definitely come back again

Veggie hummus wrap was really good. The guava and soursop smoothie was soooo nice. The lady at the front recommended it and she was right. I will be visiting smoothie jungle again. Everything was fresh!

I would say their food outweighs the smoothies but for the area it’s a little gem if you are looking for healthy food. It looks like the recently upgraded the interior and they can use a little work on drink consistency and customer service but they do have huge rushes during lunch and orders so they are quite busy. Definitely a recommendation for healthy food that’s fresh and not too bad of a price.

This place no longer offers the same quality. I had a terrible salad. The lettuce was soggy, and the cucumbers were thinly sliced like paper. These days, they nearly never get my order right, and the counter girl with the lace top is rude. The cooler is never full. I'm going to try it somewhere else.
