I would give this place zero stars. The young lady this morning was washing some items, looked at me at the register and never said a thing. After 5 minutes I asked if there was anyone working the register? She replied "I am, and I'll be with you after I wash everything" well another 3 minutes went by until she actually took my order. Never said another word! I forgot to mention she was on the phone with a friend the entire time!! Unbelievable.

The smoothies are made to order. They are thick and tasty which makes it great as a meal replacement. They have various flavors and things you can add to your shake. They even have acai bowls.

June 4th 5:30pm. The two working were very polite. Usually your staff aren’t very polite however it’s fast food service so I don’t really care but the black dude (y’all don’t where name tags) in particular stood out, made my drink in under a minute. If you want a shift manager. He’s the one.

The employee was talking on the phone while she was making the shake. She added double the ice and tried to give me 2 cups. I asked her to make it again and she said it’s going to taste the same. When I asked for my money back she just threw the change. They’ve messed up my shake plenty of times and refuse to give me a new one. I will no longer visit.

3rd time this week with a terrible Smoothie! They have gotten worse and worse recently. Have been coming years but finally had enough. All 7 Employees here will be going to another Smoothie King. Foamy, nasty Strawberry Hulks. Please review with your employees how to make a Smoothie if you don't want to lose more business.
I would give this place zero stars since the place has flies swarming around their products and they don't have anything covered. However, since inflation has been ridiculous this man who was to non chalant and the black girl working with him just poor quality of any form of service when making the smoothies the gentleman poured the smoothies in the cup and it wasn't even filled and when asked can it be filled to the top he says "we're not supposed to do that". How is it that they're allowed to either have the left overs themselves or throw it away? Why not fill the over price smoothies up and not waste them. Not coming here after the fact that not only is it dirty the workers are just rude.

I pulled up in front of the at 8:35am all excited about getting my smoothie before work. When I went to open the door, the door was locked. I said to myself maybe I should try the other door. I went to open the other door, It was also locked as well. I peeked through the window, The lights were off No one was to be found. I tried calling the store, maybe someone would be in the back rearranging some stuff. no one never answered the phone. I waited about 20 more minutes, until I was Met upon other customers that were also waiting. After waiting I decided to leave because I had to be to work at 9am At the end of the day unprofessional.

Literally one of the worst smoothie king experiences I've ever had in my life. I've never received a smoothie so horribly made in the years I've been drinking smoothie king. I took a sip before requesting a refund but decided I'd be better off with my $10 back for how much of a waste it would be. I waited to ask for a refund and was ignored by 1 of the 2 younger men working. Once the other employee came out from the back I requested the refund, to be met with "are you sure you're at the right location?" and then "I have to go to the back to do the return.". After he had went to the back he stayed there for 15 minutes. Other customers came inside and the employee who was ignoring me proceeded to take their order as they stood behind me in line. When the employee finally emerged from the back he just said "it's done." and waited for me to leave. I asked him if there was a receipt or confirmation and he told me "It'll be there". Huge waste of time and energy and I didn't even get to drink a smoothie. I understand when things go wrong but this was a catastrophe.
