I ordered the make your own bowl with salmon, brown rice, cucumber, cooked onion, ava ado and spicy Mayo. Really delicious. A bit pricey and was charged $1 for an extra Mayo but at least it’s very tasty.

Wow. The food here is awesome, unique choices and I really liked this place. THEN—- Someone else grabbed our food. We ordered at the kiosk and waited. When we realized this, as there were people waiting, the staff said “sorry, someone took your food” and refused to make it again! After begging, they remade it. What the actual heck kind of service is this? What an absolute joke of an establishment. No, I don’t want your ChatGPT reply about striving for greatness. Actually do something, and do better.

It was my first time at So Fresh, and while the service wasn't the friendliest but maybe they were just having an off day—I get that. I’ll definitely be back because I've been looking for a restaurant like this. The quality of the food was exactly what I hoped for—fresh and delicious. Hopefully, the service improves next time, but the food alone is worth another visit!

We’ve been going to this location for a while now and it seems like every time we go the portions get smaller and smaller for our ToGo orders. For the price the portions of protein are super small even with a double portion order it’s not even 4 ounces. We are done and won’t be going back.

Soggy warm wrap that you cannot eat for it was extremely greasy and the tortilla falls apart in pieces. Not to mention, I paid extra just to add some sort of protein in the wrap (chicken) and they gave two small spoons worth of it. Pic for reference.

Great quick option for bowls and salads. I like the Cali and you can sub up to 3 ingredients. Service can be slow but I don't mind bec. Everything is made fresh. But this is an area they could improve upon. I usually order online for pick up and it is ready at the time specified.
