Great place to eat healthy food with a friendly budget. Wish there was more SoFresh places by my area in south broward or north miami dade. This is the only one in south florida.

I ordered a plate today and was told the brown rice wasn’t ready and would take about 30 minutes. I said that was fine and left to go to Chipotle, then came back once the food was ready. Before leaving, I opened my bowl to make sure everything was correct because the last time I was here my corn was missing. This time the corn was there, but they forgot my avocado.
When I got home to eat, the chicken breast was extremely salty and the brown rice was raw. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.

SoFresh Fort Lauderdale delivered an excellent experience for our department’s Christmas lunch. I recommended them to my boss, and they handled a 25-person order perfectly. The delivery was right on time, the food arrived hot, and the portions were generous. Every dish was a hit—several types of meat that were moist and flavorful, ultra-creamy mashed potatoes, perfectly roasted vegetables, and fresh, crisp salads. Our team kept commenting on how tasty everything was, and cleanup was easy thanks to the thoughtful packaging. We’re quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so it’s only fair to give credit when a place does it right—SoFresh absolutely did. Highly recommend for office catering and group events. We’ll definitely order again.
