I made a reservation but when we arriced we had to wait 30 minutes to get the table. I would just walked in if I wanted to wait that long.
Food was so mid it was wild. There is so much potential but falling so short. Food and drinks were meh. Vibes and ambiance were great!
This is our first to The Dalmar, where Sparrow occupies the entire 25th floor. If you are planning to join the fun and it's your first visit, Sparrow is only accessible from the ground floor. We did Happy Hour and were surprised at how large and wonderful the Chicken Skewers were. So much, I forgot to take a picture. I regained my composure and did catch photos of the Bang Bang Tacos and Pork Bao Buns. Even their Prosecco is first rate. Ask for Michelle; she did great!
Food was not that good and the music was blasting the whole time. Had a 9pm dinner reservation and couldn't listen to my date.
Fabulous drinks, stunning atmosphere & views and great service. Food was okay....go for everything but the food. Everything else outstanding !
AJ took the best care of us and I really appreciate him going above and beyond for my friends birthday. The food was excellent and we had a good time the ambiance is really nice.

I’m shocked that there have been so many negative reviews, some citing bland food and terrible service. My experience could not be any further from this. I went with my wife and my brother to celebrate his birthday.
We ordered a few drinks, which were all perfectly blended concoctions, bursting with layers of flavor and not skimping on the liquor. For a starter, we got the crispy rice with spicy tuna tartare. *Chef’s kiss* Absolutely loved it. We then got the NY strip, vegetable fried rice with steak and lobster Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese felt like it was just missing something but the Rice and the NY strip were showstoppers. All around food would get a 9/10 for me.
The ambiance was beautiful and captivating. There was a live dj playing a wide variety of music, that was upbeat and calling for a good time without being deafening.
What sealed the deal though was the service we got from AMANDA. She was phenomenal. I could tell they were a little short staffed but she bounced seamlessly from table to table without missing a beat, while still making the experience feel very personal.
I’ll admit, the bill will add up but it was absolutely worth every penny. Will definitely be returning.

Food was marginal at best. You are buying the view, which is the only thing going for this place. The staff and servers are apathetic and incompetent, but after you get over any expectations of being served, you can find humor in it all. For our group, it became somewhat of a sport to watch some of the wait staff walk in circles trying to look busy. Interesting fact - servers can walk around with a water pitcher and just fill up water, but none of the employees got that memo.
Tip for future guests: Don't arrive with any expectation of being served and when your food eventually arrives, you can be pleasantly surprised.

I have been many times - I love the location the ambiance is amazing so classy but honestly the food hasn’t been great and sometimes the drinks aren’t as well. I think I’ve had one drink I like the one with the sage I don’t remember the name now - overall I would say the food quality is subpar

Upon entering, it’s a beautiful space. Food great, all sushi great, strong drinks. However, music is too loud, staff is a little off but our server Amanda was amazing. $7 valet too!

We couldn’t help but laugh at how serious this place takes itself, yet it’s hardly pulled together or busy.
They were supposed to open at 5pm however we were kept in the lobby until 5:30pm because they weren’t ready. We kept being told to stand against the wall. Is this prison? LOL!
The hostess rolls in late, sits at the little makeshift check in desk and has an attitude with everyone. Seriously, just quit if you’re that miserable.
The “security” was hilarious. The guys are nice but they act as if they are the secret service. Like what exactly is being protected here?
When we finally get into Sparrow, the host stand inside is manned by two sloppily dressed individuals. I mention that because apparently this place has a dress code which makes it all the more comical.
All of the tables are marked reserved, yet they remain empty and there are maybe 5-6 people in the bar. I leave after a quick look around as it just has a sense of desperation.
Fast forward to 9:30pm and now this place is begging people who walk through the lobby to come upstairs. The ridiculous attitude from 4.5 hours earlier apparently now needs some business.
We go up with a group and once again the comedy ensues. We can’t move a chair to accommodate for one more person in our group and are firmly told so by the hostess wearing her laundry day attire. We had one drink and left.
It’s so strange bc this hotel has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered yet this lounge is ran so poorly. It must be popular on the weekends, otherwise I can’t imagine any money is made by working there.
Celebrated my birthday dinner here and the ambience was amazing. Drinks and food were great. But what made my night most special was our server Yari! She was the best and truly assisted in making my night special. Shout out to Yari and the team, we had a wonderful night!

the place is good, very nice environment. I went to have some drinks but an annoying waitress was pressuring us to buy food every 5 minutes, when she realized we were there to have drinks only she came with the check, 21% tip mandatory which she doesnt deserve a penny
