The coffee is ok as usual but the service today was horrible, a man and a woman with a lot of ill will did not ask about my mobile order. I had to go to the other coffee shop and ask the manager to resolve it for me and he helped me very willingly and in the end everything worked out, however, I am tired from traveling and would not have to go through this unnecessary stress if the attendants were competent!

Waited in a really long line only to be told that they won’t make your drink in a personal cup at this location. If you want it in one, they have to make the drink in a plastic cup and you have to dump it into a personal cup yourself. This is antithetical to the purpose of bringing a personal cup and isn’t standard for the franchise.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever seen anywhere. They talk among themselves and go as slow as they can. The line waiting (around 30) is shorter than the line to purchase (3).

Hit the Starbucks in the Fort Lauderdale airport before our last flight leg home. Well run location, orders completed and out quickly. Things running very smoothly even with the throngs ordering/waiting for orders. One of the best run Starbucks we've seen in airports!

Ghetto coffee shop with getting out of wrong side of bed teenage attitude employees. Rude and careless on a very slow 4/8/24 terminal 1. No wonder there's no tips jar. They should tip their customers for waiting in line and put up their louse service.

No blonde roast going at the time of order and no offer to make a pour over was made.... No stoppers for the cup lids at this location.... Heard other patrons listening to a bunch of "no, we don't have that" as well.... Overall, highly insufficient place... And a tad bit incompetent employees... They spoke on a tone that clearly indicated that they don't want to be there

The employees here care more about taking to each other than helping customers. Not one of them smiled or barely looked at me. Absolutely zero customer service here. Plus, $7.50 for a tall iced drink that was mostly filled with ice was outrageous. However, it was made correctly which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. But seriously, the customer service needs a LOT of work.
