This is a really busy place as it is located in an airport. The line is usually a mile long, especially early in the morning. The staff do what they can but of course everywhere is understaffed these days. Why will work at Starbucks when you can make six figures as an 18-year-old on YouTube?. The staff continuously has to deal with rude, obnoxious and entitled customers. I think you can only deal with that for so long before you start having an attitude as well. Having said that,...
Just came off a sh*tshow of cancelled and rerouted flights. They were out of most everything but still found a way to get us our coffees and a snack and were delightful. Thank you SO MUCH. And the coffees are delicious.
Dominique is the best she really deserve a raise it doesn’t matter how crazy the line or the customers are she still does her job with a smile every time I see her she is so kind and polite and gets my order right every time. You can tell she really loves her job.
