This is insane. I ordered through uber eats because I’m at work ( 2 mins from the store) and I ordered an iced matcha latte with no dairy strawberry foam and this is what I get. I did get my money back from the order from uber eats but I still had to tip my driver and I still wouldn't drink this even if it was free. The delivery was so fast but now I know why, they absolutely rushed it and didn't even blend the drink. I would maybe understand if I ordered this in the morning when it’s super busy but it’s 3pm and there’s no excuse. This is undrinkable and I can’t believe someone will make this and send it to someone like that. Beyond disappointed

Ordered two shots of espresso in my blended beverage. They handed me the drink and it was labeled single. I handed it back and they poured in the additional shot instead of remaking the drink. They were upset with me and irritated that I requested what I had paid for. They then handed me the drink without the cover on causing it to spill all over my car. A quarter of the drink wasted and they did not offer any sort of solution. They simply put it in a bigger cup.

When you’re out and about and gotta take a shit, there’s no better place than Starbucks. Clean bathrooms, no homeless people in the bathrooms. Plus you get to count how many laptops you see, usually it’s about 7 or so when I go. I guess some people are more creative there vs sitting at home.

I ordered an iced lavender matcha. No lavender and the matcha was horrible. I came back in to ask for a remake and when they were don’t they slide it across the table and the drink was about to fall off the table. Unprofessional. And the matcha taste the same. Never going back.

My experience at Starbucks was very pleasant. The gentleman at the register was very helpful and guided me in choosing a delicious Passion tea lemon drink. I felt more comfortable because I was able to communicate with him in Spanish. His kindness and attention made my visit even better. Thank you!

My best experience is always to be left in a winsome place where I totally make the decision about what I truly experienced. We are all looking for something, even on days when we are not intentional about this. I just scored my happy place at just being allowed to 'be' and be left alone!!! My coffee was great and server excellent.

Each and every time I visit, the food and drinks taste great, the employees are kind; and the service is so fast, it’s ridiculous! I place a mobile order and I live five minutes away, it is almost always ready when I arrive! Ambience is nice as well, keep up the great work.

It is still expensive for coffee but I think you're paying for the extraordinary service and the Exotic drinks they make for you personally with only you in mind! Go to the new Loxahatchee store that's where my granddaughter Works tell her NANA said HI! LOL!
The coffee was hot and fresh. The service was EXCELLENT. It's spacious and inviting. Esther was absolutely heaven sent. She went over and above to accommodate and it did not go unnoticed. Will definitely go back.
