One of the worst locations. I literally drive out of my way to the location in margate to avoid this location. Employees are beyond unfriendly and rude. Order a matcha no foam — they didn’t know I was in the room and I overheard the bar 1 employee tell her “I’d do extra foam”. This is the second outburst against a customer I hear from this location.

I literally just left this place. I am disappointed in the amount of coffee I’d received. I purchased a tall pumpkin spice latte and my cup of coffee is not even filled up to the top. $6 for a cup of coffee! Unacceptable!

My recent experience using the Starbucks app for the first time was less than satisfactory. After placing my order for pickup, I followed the app’s instructions to ask a barista for my order by providing my name. Unfortunately, I was met with confusion, as it became apparent that my order was already on the counter, though this wasn’t communicated. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and uninformed about the pickup process. Unfortunately, this has deterred me from returning to this location.

I usually pick up for my office before work but no longer doing that from this location because of the crackheads who live out front with syringes all around them every morning and then today I decided to pick up in drive thru to avoid that and the employee was nasty :)

I look forward to pumpkin spice coming out every year. This Starbucks is the easiest to get to with my hour and a half commute. I just wish someone could make my coffee the way it looks in the picture and the way it’s supposed to be. I pay a lot of money for this every day and for some reason this Starbucks just can’t get it right. 😭
I went through the drive though with a large order of a variety of different drinks for me and my co-workers. They got everything correct and it was very quick! This is a solid Starbucks!

I ordered the honey citrus mint tea. It was absolutely horrible. Tasted like diluted hot water. I ordered because I am really sick with a cold. This is the medicine ball tea that I have had multiple times. I'm done with this location. Horrible

I just had the best cup of coffee made by Joey ??. A grande white chocolate mocha with oatmilk and an extra shot of expresso to be exact. It tasted like it was made with Love. A good cup of coffee just makes my day ☺️. Thank you Joey ❤️.

I ordered a Venti Mocha and it was watered down and I couldn't even finish it. The taste was so bad. I'm not sure what's going on with Starbucks but their quality control seems compromised.
