The coffee was perfect and I got a new addiction, the 🩷 PINK DRINK 🩷 omg this is delicious! We don’t have it in the Netherlands (which is quite sad, but better for me 🤭) The staff was very friendly and they were very quick! Thank you so much for the delicious morning coffee, breakfast and the lovely conversations!

This location use to have great service. I usually go in the mornings to get coffee there. It was 2 days ago there was no regular coffee offered not even a sign on the door to explain. I went inside and waited, waisted time. It needs more professionalism. Apparently there machine was broken and not advertised for additional options. Not good business.

I come here often just to saok up the wonderful energy. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Camryn and Cherry personally and they truly exemplify what courtesy and great customer service embodies. We visited this Starbucks with our young kids (5 and 6 years old), ordered several drinks, and even purchased some accessories. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. One of the employees asked our little girl to stop moving in her seat — not running around, just moving. As parents, we completely understand if a child is being disruptive or unsafe, but this felt unnecessarily harsh and lacking in empathy.
It’s no surprise the store was practically empty. The customer service was cold, and there was no sense of warmth or understanding from the staff. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when families are supporting your business.

Ordered Choco and apple croissant. Received two Choco. No worries. They seemed pretty overtaken by the early crowd. But when I have to wait another 15 min for the correct order subpar in my Opinion. That should be a priority for erroneous orders? Just my thought. In the biz for 20+ yrs. :)
