I was on an important business call and was rudely interrupted by John to move my purse from a chair that no one was sitting in. I repeatedly asked him to please let me finish my phone call and we could discuss that but he repeatedly screamed over me whilst I kept speaking with my client. I could’ve lost a huge deal because of him. The customer service here is nonexistent. John, I don’t know where you were trying, but please continue training because what you did was extremely unprofessional and uncouth.

Really disappointing with this Starbucks, first the sign said it closed at 5:00pm, but the employee closed at 4:56pm and no one could come in. Then the same guy loudly said to the customers inside that they were closing soon and to try to finish????? How rude! Very disappointed. Even though it's Christmas this employee has no idea about customer service!!!! We were there at 4:20pm… thanks

They were super helpful! Someone else picked up my order by mistake! They made my drink right away and gave me a $4 Starbucks card! I highly recommend this place.
There is one worker who just doesn't seem like she wants to be there I got a venti Carmel ribbon crunch comes up to a lil under 8 buts for 1 drink but where is my Carmel ribbon where is my crunch I may not get whipped cream cause I'm lactose but I still am supposed to get the bottom and top layers of the product only difference is no whipped cream and when I asked for a second straw the lady gave me an attitude and called for one of her coworkers she watered down my drink as well I own my own business and would fire any employee who doesn't live up to the standards set forth by corporate affairs

I went to Starbucks and the employee was sitting on the terrace with her cell phone. Upon entering I ordered a matcha and asked that they put the ice separately (which they supposedly can do, because I have done it in other Starbucks locations without problems) and they told me that they couldn't in a quite aggressive and derogatory tone. They served me the matcha half empty and there was a cockroach on the counter. I will not go again and I do not recommend it, other Starbucks locations offer much better service and food.
