Worst Starbucks i ever bin.Very dirthy and custumer service horrible..paying $8 for caffe and give $3 tip and no thank you, no smile....No good vibes.....So sad because location is very nice.

Great place to grab a beverage and get some work done. It's a busy location on Las Olas, so it's also great to sit outside and people watch. Place a mobile order and it's waiting for you when you arrive and bonus - your name is spelled correctly ;)

I am a regular and I have a few go to beverages, one of which is the caramel ribbon crunch. Today I received a caramel ribbon crunch just about cream in color. Which this beverage usually ranges from a caramel to a dark caramel color. So I asked a staff member "is this the correct beverage?", she immediately seem very agitated while saying "Taste it if you don't like it I can make another one".. I tasted it and it did not taste anything like the typical caramel ribbon crunch I usually order. However, she never returned to assist me. So I got the attention of another staff member, who's seemingly made the original beverage, because when I tried to explain it to her she said "I know what you have".. She made the beverage again and again it was not good at all.. At this point I didn't even want to say anything as both staff members seemed very annoyed that I was dissatisfied with my beverage.. and there was even an exchange of a few whispers with another staff member.. so I simply asked is it possible to just add a bit of coffee in there, because it still did not taste like a caramel ribbon crunch frap.. instead she insisted making another even though she was obviously very annoyed with me at this point. However seeing that she made the beverage wrong twice.. I did not want her to waste the time creating the beverage once more and it not be satisfactory.. so I insisted on adding bit of coffee.. to the existing beverage and left. My beverage was reasonable enough to drink at this point but definitely not what I am used to from Starbucks. This was a pretty uncomfortable transaction and made me not want to return to the Starbucks ever again!

Perfect place to have my fresh brewed coffee in the morning. This Starbucks Cafe on Las Olas is open at 5:30 am every day. If you are visiting the area or live close by this is a convenient cafe for an early riser to enjoy coffee/lattes/tea to start your day while writing your reviews on Yelp before work or head out for a run. Newly and fully remodeled modern interior and clean comfortable sitting area. The baristas are nice to the neighbors and dog friendly as well. Lately we enjoy watching the wild parrots on the trees by YOLO while sitting outside having coffee. (No free parking in the area).
