Usually don’t have a problem with them, but I did a mobile order for a sandwich and a drink. The drink was made decently fast but I had to wait over 80 minutes until I decided to walk out for class. I did ask for an update at 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 50, and so I just decided to wait a while. I didn’t get anything so I just walked out because I had another class

I do believe that because of the volume of students ordering at once, staff does not pay much attention to customers' requests. The Frappuccino is always sooo watery, despite telling to please make it light on the ice. Never to my liking. Never ordering from here ever again.

The food and service provided by the store staff were good. However, the restaurant didn't have croissants and yogurt, and that's an inconvenience for the customers since it was part of the menu breakfast.

Best Starbucks ever! Super nice staff and they make the drinks so good! Shoutout to Natasha, for being an awesome barista! The manager is so sweet. This location is a very nice place to go and it makes your visit worth it. I am super thankful for the service they provide.
