I can’t get over how far this location has fallen in terms of service. It’s awful. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve come here have been horrible experiences, so I rarely come here (it’s convenient, but I avoid it). I was just snapped at (literally with an eye roll) for “not adding” something to my order in the app, to which I made a confused face. The barista looked at the tag, realized I was right, and remade the drink. The last time I was here, maybe a few weeks ago, my son’s drink was hot when he’d ordered iced on my app. When he mentioned it and showed the barista the tag, the barista made a face and said something (out loud, not to my son) about watching him make the drink and not saying anything. Mind you, my son is 12 - he has no idea what that process should look like. This store seems to be more efficient, weirdly, when busy. When there are no customers, the baristas stand around whispering and laughing, and act inconvenienced if you want to place an order. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere. It’s such a shame, this was once the best Starbucks in the area. I used to love bringing a book here and hanging out. Do better.

This Starbucks in TC is a cozy and pleasant spot to grab your coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service was smooth and friendly. Nothing out of the ordinary, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Consistent, reliable, and exactly what you’d expect from Starbucks. 😁 thanks 🙏

!! I second the comment about water. Have been coming to this location for years & spent plenty of money there but they refused to give me a plastic cup with water when I felt sick during my run because of the heat. 🙃 customer service 0/10.

As incredible as it sounds, I asked for a cup of water while I was with my two little kids. I didn’t have my purse or phone because my husband had already taken them to the car. The employee saw my two kids sweating and still said he couldn’t give us water unless we bought something. Unbelievable.
Experiences like this are what hurt brands.

This Starbucks used to be cozy and have a bunch of seating, the closed off the whole alleyway of seating and windows and have like 2 tables of only forward facing seats? It went from a place you could meet with friends for coffee and study to a place for grab and go only. It’s sad. The service and coffee itself is the same always for Starbucks, but the renovation on this place is horrible and ruined it
This place is very poorly run. They were out of most of the breakfast sandwich options on a Saturday afternoon.
My daughter got a gift card for her bday and she ordered ahead on mobile app. 30 mins later we are still waiting for the drink. They appear to not have enough staff as the 2 ppl working are trying their best.
Absolutely miserable experience. Not a regular at Starbucks and now I can be certain never will be again. Do better Weston town center Starbucks. Simply awful.

This restaurant has the worst people serving there. I paid them for my food even I gave them tip considering they didn’t do nothing (just taking order) and the lady didn’t want to refill water to my son telling my they had changed drastically their policies. What a way to lost a customer and damage even more a reputation of this brand

Very crowded.
One of the employees there treated us as trash. My daughter requested her birthday gift and the person attached yeld at her and told her to comeback the next day. She went back and the person told her that because the next day was not her birthday she did not qualify for this gift that was offered the day before. Picture attached. This persona is usually rude and does not have any idea about customer service.

"Remodeled" and removed seating space. There's almost no tables. There's only one giant booth. No chairs. Uninviting. Can't find room to study or meet up with friends.
