Return back a couple days ago completely different experience even was able to have a conversation With a few of the staff, they made me a fabulous latte and I purchased a brand new cup. Keep up the good work guys it made my day.

the worst starbucks i've ever been to. we ordered a large caramel latte, they gave us a medium, we asked for a redo and left. there was no caramel there at all. also in the order there was a seasonal drink, which also had no syrup. guys, you should be more careful

This is the worst starbucks coffee I have ever had. My order was a simple Grande Cappuccino. The coffee was so screwed up that I felt nauseous after consuming a couple of sips of it.
