Miss Keisha at this location is OUTSTANDING - always busy doing something but natural ability to see what someone needs assistance with - she even remade my beverage correctly because she saw my face that it was not what I ordered. LOVE HER! Thank you dear🤓

Dear Starbucks Team,

I am writing to share feedback about an experience I had at your Starbucks location within Holy Cross. I ordered a caramel brûlée latte through the app and selected the image that appeared to show an iced version with whipped cream. After a night shift and feeling exhausted, I simply clicked the picture, assuming it would reflect my preference.

When I arrived, I noticed that the drink was hot instead of iced. I explained this to the cashier, Freddy, and acknowledged that I might have selected the wrong option. I politely requested an iced version, and while he did ultimately prepare it without charging me extra, his attitude throughout the interaction was rude and unprofessional. The drink he made was also poorly prepared and tasted terrible, which added to my frustration.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer and have always received excellent service, so this experience stood out in a negative way. I hope that this feedback is taken into consideration and addressed with the team to ensure better handling of similar situations in the future.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Ordered extra hot drink. It was, at best, somewhat warm!

I would like to start by saying thank you fredy for always making sure you have my favorite toppings toffee nut. I always go in for my usual order iced triple espresso with three pumps of toffee nut and three pumps of white mocha omg fabulous never a disappointment, fredy always makes sure everyone leaves happy. Also my other two favorite employees the brother and sister omg they are wonderful. Thank you guys for always making my mornings wonderful with my favorite drink and thank you fredy for always making sure you have my ingredients. ❤️❤️

Shame on this place charging 1-2 dollars more per item then the Starbucks just across the street. yes its convenient but it's also wrong to take advantage of those who are already in a stressful situation. this is a perfect example of corporate greed at it most shameful best... Do yourself a favor and go across the street. Think of it as a distressing moment for yourself. Take the short walk you'll feel better

Great location, however hours stink. Went to go grab a coffee on my way home to find out the place closes at 2. Staff seemed friendly, but out of a lot of products... Staff friendly.
