I come here most mornings after dropping my daughter to school, and the baristas are pleasant. Today, February 11th, at 8am, the baristas became snarky after not hearing my order clearly and were generally annoyed by my request for the condiments that came with my order. When I asked for management information, the laissez-faire attitude continued. Given the attitude of employees, I don't know that management will care. However, this may be helpful to other patrons.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve been going here for literally years and I have never been disappointed. The kindest, most amazing people work there which is the reason I continue to return to that location.
Kid-friendliness: They always take care to make sure the temperature of the kids hot chocolate is just right 🙂

I used to stop here for a break and enjoy the atmosphere while working on Uber, nice seats. Now the place was redesign, Starbucks remove all seats, sofas. Nowhere to seat. Starbucks could have left at least 1 sofa, with a table to sit as this location have room. Who ever made this decision should be fired, is all about the money for the month. Starbucks lost a customer as I will never come here again ever.
Parking: Limit, as is more for drive thru. Host: Nice staff.
Note: King David will never visit this location ever.

Ordered drive through mobile pickup on a Sunday 1/5/24 at 4:00pm. Drove up and said I’m here for a mobile pickup for X, they responded that it was ready and to drive forward. Waiting at the window for 8 minutes with no one in site. Honked and nothing. Walked in to the front and explained what happened and the staff were rude and unapologetic. The coffee was ready just sitting there. I would go back bc I love a good Starbucks but I just wanted to vent about the horrible experience.

No bathroom available to the public. I ordered coffee via the app, but was informed when I entered the lobby that they have no public bathrooms. I asked for a refund, which was mostly credited back, minus $.50 because I forgot to mention the 2nd topping I added to the beverage. Staff was friendly, but no bathroom available is a dealbreaker for me. Going to stick to Wawa.

This starbucks doesn't have any seating area. Also, I ordered an iced oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso and they gave me a bland iced coffee. And when did they increase the price for cake pop? Those used to be $2, now it's $3.45. So almost $10 down the drain for a lousy coffee and a bite of cake. At least they were nice, but worst starbucks ever
