Stay away! My partner and I have had coffee from this location EVERY DAY for the past 3 weeks. The coffee is constantly burned, and when we call to let them know they tell us they need to maintenance the machines, yet they still sell us burnt coffee?I do not like to complain, but with how much we spend here every month I was at least expecting better customer service. We called 4 times in the last 2 weeks to tell them the coffee was burnt and ask about the machines. We finally had enough and went in to talk to the manager today. She was cold and dismissive - we told her our coffee keeps getting burned and she says “ok” and blank faced us. We had to ask her to replace the burnt coffee and she didn’t offer any compensation for the $100 of burnt coffee I bought this month. Even just an apology from her would have been enough to keep me coming here. I’ll be going to the other Starbucks that’s 5 minutes farther from me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION.I'm a daily Starbucks customer at this location, even with the recent burnt coffee problem.After calling numerous times and speaking with other managers of this location, we decided to come in and discuss the issue of burnt coffee with a manager. The manager on duty this mid-morning (03/29/2024) could have cared less.Not only did she show no resolution without us asking for one, but she also was short-worded and seemingly uninterested in what we were kindly trying to explain about the burnt coffee issues.This will be the final time I will come to this specific location. I'd rather drive here than 2X as far to go to another location, but the management and quality here cannot justify the time and price of coffee in the mornings for me.

If you go between 9-12 Half the time they don’t have coffee and they need to brew it, and when they do have it they will make you stand there for what feels like 10 minutes while they fulfill mobile orders before they fill your order for a hot black coffee. Occasionally, in the evening it seems like they just warm up old coffee because they’ve already cleaned. Nowhere near the brand consistency you see at other stores. Go to the one on 17th st instead.Parking: Parking is tricky as the drive through line extends through the lot with very little room available.

Went through the drive thru the lady that took my order was great when I went to the second window to grab my food and pay, the lady at the window said "it's just gonna ask you one question here" since I did about as much work as she did by moving the steering wheel and pulling out my wallet I clicked no tip. She then made a face and called me self centered for not leaving her a tip, I don't care if you don't like the fact that I didn't tip, you don't result to name calling it was very unprofessional, definitely not the first person she has said this to. This happened on December 17 at 11:20
