This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life, and trust me I am usually not one to get mad at employees as I’ve worked a service job for 6 years of my life. The person at the register was nice however the two other employees treated us horrible.When we got there, we were the only ones in the line and we ordered 3 simple drinks.We waited 15 minutes while the workers continued to ignore our order and make other drinks that nobody even ordered.Then we finally kindly asked them where are drinks were and showed them our receipt as a line began accumulating and they were helping other customers before us.It took 30 minutes to finally get our drinks, and in the meantime the workers were absolutely horrible to us.I handed them our receipt so they could see what we ordered and the woman took it from me and crumpled it up. Then I told the man again, so sorry but you are helping everyone else with their lost drinks and ours still aren’t here yet. Eventually she made my 21 year old friend have a panic attack because of how hostile she was being. I wish so badly I could’ve spoken to a manager because of how poorly it was running and how awful they were treating us.I would NEVER go back here and never recommend it. Also the same rude girls long hair was in the ice she made our drinks with and she was on her phone despite the line of 10 angry people. This place should literally be shut down.

Great location located inside the Broward health hospital. I came to this location in my unfortunate overnight stay. It was absolutely freezing inside, but the do have a door that takes you to a outside patio. With table and chairs. The barista that took my order was so pleasant and so nice. I absolutely love the service and the food and drink tasted great.
