Well trained and friendly staff. I've been Airbnb-ing it and I stop in the morning for coffee. and it's usually a pleasure. Sometimes I have to wait for counter service as Starbucks Corp gives priority to pickup and drive through. I'm old school and like to park and walk inside to order. Notice sometimes the drive through line is blocking the small side street entrance, making it difficult to enter the parking area. Bad design for drive through, a bit sketchy.

I don't know why all these negative views but I can tell you personally the staff is amazing Stephanie Drew Jay Jack Chloe are all amazing workers every day for over a year they have my order ready and there are many times before I've even got to the front counter to pay they have my order ready and I've already given it to me before I paid they're amazing workers stuff is an amazing human being I love her to death she runs a great store people forget these guys work on holidays when they could be with their families to make customers happy

Came here on New Year’s Day and the staff there in the evening was very rude and nasty not once but twice. The male barista was extremely dismissive when informing me that the ladies room was out of order, and the men’s room had no toilet paper. I was told to go across to Publix to use their restroom facilities. I returned to place an order, and the female barista was very curt when she got my order wrong because she didn’t hear me properly. I left with no drinks. This location does not represent Starbucks standards.

JAHLEISE IS Frustrating and Infuriating, horrible customer service. Ordered a blonde pour over black coffee, along with a tall black pike and 2 kids cake pops. Only 2 people in front of us in the whole place. 6 ppl behind us got their drinks before my black blond coffee. I was nice, left a $4 tip, and waited patiently. But after 10mins ans still no drink, I ask, is my coffee ready? Her reply was It'll be ready when it's ready. Excuse me? What's the address here? She replies it's on the door. Wow someone has really bad customer service training. Starbucks please help her complete retraining to not be a a mean person

First time trying the egg bites, they were delicious. The ladie at the register misheard us when we ordered two grande drinks, and only put one, we realized after the drinks came out. Peter was wonderful and took care of us and had a great attitude. Drinks also tasted great.
