The baby changing station in women’s bathroom is broke. Both baby changing stations in women’s and men’s bathrooms are gross! Looks like they’ve never been washed or sanitized! It should be illegal to keep them so dirty! We’re talking about mandatory rotavirus vaccines, but not about mandatory sanitation requirements for baby diaper changing stations in US toilets? Absurd!!!

They are CONSTANTLY out of favorite items. I avoid this Starbucks !!! 3 years later I give it another chance, sure as shit they’re out of the same breakfast sandwich!!! Never again!
Paid 8.45$ for grande flat white here (instead of 5.45$ for exact same drink in downtown Starbucks). According to a barista, this Starbucks is not “standard” whatever that means. Ridiculous pricing.
They charge extra 60% for the coffee compared to Starbucks in downtown, that’s nuts!
Obviously, this location is great because of its proximity to the beach. It's nice to sit outside of a Starbucks and see the ocean versus, say, a TJ Maxx parking lot.
I also liked the staff at this location - friendly but not pushovers. I watched a customer complain he'd been waiting for a long time and the barista pulled up his order and said, "You've only been waiting two minutes, sir."
A Starbucks with a sea view is just perfect! The setting is exceptional, ideal for relaxing with a coffee or frappuccino while admiring the waves. The staff is friendly, the service fast, and the drinks always live up to Starbucks' reputation. Whether to work, read or simply enjoy a moment of calm, it is an essential place. I will come back without hesitation!

Very expensive, they charged us 7.30 for each cappuccino when the same one in South Beach costs 5.50. And they didn't give me the ticket

Ok Starbucks, but they ALWAYS seem to forget some part of my order. Usually it’s the nuts or fruit with oatmeal.

Shop dark and unfriendly, difficult to find the entrance. If you come from the beach without shoes you will not be served even if you are the only visitor. Signs are supposed to hang on the door, but that's not true. Conclusion: This store doesn't need sales because of its wealth! Unbelievable arrogance...

It’s a Starbucks, what’s there more to say?? While the location is great, it’s right under the Westin Beach Hotel and across the beach, the prices are ridiculously high. A grande cappuccino will cost you over $8 when it’s generally half that price at other Starbucks!!!
