Really bad experience at this Starbucks I always like to have a good time over with good customer service but this lady named kitty has a really bad attitude and so mean. She served my drink with 80% of ice. Did not like at all

Rashawn is amazing. Just discovered this location yesterday came back again today. The best thing in this world is people respecting other people. He wrote a little uplifting note on my cup today.!

This Starbucks is right on Ft Lauderdale Blvd by some condos that rent for $3600 to $3900/ month!! The view IA an Oceanview or oceanfront for Starbucks! Definitely a win win situation and the coffee and chai latte with oatmilk aren't too bad either!

This is an excellent beachside Starbucks that is always clean and friendly. They apologize if there is ever a short wait and the entire team works together well. I use the Mobile App and the drink delivery is fast!
Lost one star for the hotel/higher prices - more than Manhattan or a regular Starbucks nearby. That said, the staff and drinks are great.

Very poor service. I ordered a coffee and made it clear that I wanted caramel, not mocha. Despite this, I was served a mocha, and when I complained, the staff insisted it was cocoa. Then, I ordered a coffee with strawberry flavor, and instead, I was given a simple coffee with milk. It felt like I was being mocked. Why is the staff paid if they can’t provide the service expected by customers? Are customers supposed to be treated like this?

Location and views are fantastic! The store doesn’t let you pay with the Starbucks app though? Odd. The presentation of their food items was very poor, the case was nearly empty. Licensed location maybe?

To me this Starbucks has something special. There is such a nice atmosphere, the baristas are super cool and they truly know their products so they give the best recommendations. Furthermore, when ordering with Jimmy, who is an incredibly nice person, I could even practice my Spanish, which is a great added bonus. 10/10

This must be the world’s most expensive Starbucks 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Very disappointed with my order. I was very specific about how I wanted my bagel. It even said do not toast and they still got it wrong. Overall I had to wait 10 minutes for my order. My coffee was bitter and tasted like it had set for some time. The store had only been open for 45 minutes

Perhaps one of the Starbucks with the best beach and ocean views that I’ve seen so far, the place is always busy specially if you’re looking to get a table outside, the staff is nice and welcoming, perhaps too busy to keep the tables clean after messy customers.
They also offer spinning classes with a dynamic instructor and music to keep the class moving on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday from 9-10 AM.

Would be five stars if not for handing out paper straws. In South Florida…really? I live in California and they even still hand out plastic here… 🤷‍♂️
