Always nice to get a beverage at SB's! We have curtailed our frequent visits. Drastically. Not exaggerating. SB's uses to have these promotions; buy 5 of this or that and get 100 points or similar. Apparently upper management has stopped it and so we have also stopped coming often.

Second time I’ve been to this location and waited to be acknowledged. Waited both times over 5 minutes and then left. It’s one thing to wait and be acknowledged that you’re there and someone will be right with you. But for you to leave a customer standing there and not even greeting them or letting them know you’ll be right with them is crazy. Horrible service.
