Rushed to get there before closing as was hoping for my favourite Latte. Got there 10 minutes before 6pm only to be shouted at that they were, in only 1 word, 'CLOSED'.

Terrible barista. The supervisor had to intervene and teach her how to make a very basic beverage. Then still makes it wrong and she shows her attitude by slamming her frother jug hard. Who needs this kind of attitude. The Starbucks at he Westin is better.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Service was amazing and our order was made to perfection every time. Best Starbucks in the area!! Definitely coming back to this location.

DONT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!
The staff are horribly unprofessional, especially Mojo! saw staff on their phones while making me and my children’s drinks. the use of vulgar language around kids. only for my drinks to be half assed. my cappuccino wasn’t made properly. very disappointed after reading such high reviews of this location. i wish i could give zero stars. this starbucks won’t receive another dime from me again

Keke and Tiffany are amazing. Very polite, engaging. Easy to talk to. They are very professional and informative about all items they serve. Mojo was also extremely nice. They are by far the friendliest people i have met and made my experience so much better. I do not normally go to Starbucks but they have completely changed my mind.

I went there and Mojo was on her phone being extremely loud to the point I heard her talking about the boss I believe I heard " Santiago " or " Pablo " names also I’ve seen roaches on the bar when she was making my drink and she looked over it like she didn’t see them she caught a attitude when I told her I seen the roaches and I requested a refund she denied it and offered to make me another drink I do not recommend going back to this starbucks ever again .

I visit this location everyday sometimes twice a day . The girls Mojo , Keke, & Tiffany are so sweet and helpful . This one in particular is very rude and should not be the face of an amazing company as such . She should consider a job at the hotels front desk or an answering service lol she constantly takes everyone’s order while her phone is on loud speaker . So dissatisfying .
