I went here every morning on my vacation and the workers were always so friendly and nice. Especially Tiffany and Kiki. My coffee was always perfect too! If I ever come back to Fort Lauderdale I will definitely go to this Starbucks everytime!

Absolutely disgusted at an an employee at this place . Telling me not to have espresso because i’m pregnant and that’s not allowed . First off, you do not make comments to people like this, if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all… especially as an employee serving a customer, so unprofessional . I tell her you’re allowed to have some coffee pregnant and she continues to go on and on about how I am not supposed to. Leave people alone, let them be and do your job . Maybe a nice comment like congratulations could go a longer way .. To make the situation worse I have my drink and she makes me a cup of steamed milk with a small shot of espresso in a venti , out of spite to me. Just so rude and upsetting . Be kind

Visited this place two times on one day, it was right across from the beach. Two different shifts, same cold/rude like attitude! It’s sad that big companies like this do such a poor job in promoting good customer service. We get Starbucks almost every day in different locations and to me coffee doesn’t taste so good when it’s served with an attitude!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Two girls working were rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. Barista put the milk in to heat but walked to the back and got plastic lids and began stocking them. This is when we were the only customers in there waiting for our beverages. Even though we are staying at Maran, we will go out of our way for coffee somewhere else in the future.

Everything here is quadruple priced; this isn't even a real Starbucks. There is extremely little drink selection and terrible service.What makes it good is only where is located.
