I had probably the best cookies and cream milkshake I've ever had. They are not cheap with the cookies. This puts your average fast food milkshake to shame. Amazing!
So this particular Burger I got, was not the best I've ever had at a Steak n shake. But it was good.
I do HATE the ordering process... you're in the restaurant to dine in... and you need to order from a screen. Who thought this was a good idea? Not definitely the employees who work there.... they need to help half the customers, because the system is designed horribly.
Hopefully next time I'm there, they I go back to ordering from actual humans.

I ate here Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 8pm. It is now Monday, February 24, 2025 12:48 pm and I’ve been on the toilet every hour on the hour. I got food poisoning from this place. It seems they missed a step or two that prevents cross contamination. It’s so bad that I had to call off from work. I’m in so much pain.

If i could give a zero i would Desmond the manager should be fired he gives zero shits about his job and you can see that rubs off on the employees 6 people behind a counter 1 working the rest walking around chatting with 20 + people waiting and burgers cooked and just sitting on the counter as the 1 person made one at a time

The Frisco patty melt was a good price but pretty sad. However it tastes good. Fries were also good. Order a Lipton ice tea and they don't have it offer them. They said they will tell the owner it needs to come off the self-serve menu but from other reviews they clearly know it's not an option and just tell that to everyone. They let me exchange for a juice so I was fine. If I went again probably would get a burger instead.

Terrible service, ordered the bbq burger. Had no bbq sauce and raw onions instead of fried. When I let them know, the person not only did not care or apologize, just said, ‘oh she didn’t put sauce on it?’ Then said they were out of fried onions but if they had raw ones they could easily have made fried ones. There are other restaurants nearby, skip this one.

This is such a horrible place to eat. The wait was about an hour. The person taking the orders looks miserable. The burger patties were so small. Nothing like what's pictured. The buns did not taste fresh. Avoid this restaurant!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered chicken and fries, cheese fries, and brisk iced tea. Waited 20 minutes as people who ordered after me got their food before me. Finally got my food, with no cheese fries and no brisk. I asked about it and was told that they were out of cheese and brisk. I asked for a refund as these were both $10 in total, and the lady walked away. Then when I ate my food, there were 2 small pieces of chicken and the fries were cold.

The elder dude did his thing on the grill the burger was outstanding. And the fries were perfect too . $6.50 for MCD’s sized double cheeseburger and fries can’t beat it for the price

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Dry burgers tasted like they had freezer burn. The “double” burger and Frisco melt patties were about 2.5 inches in diameter. My Frisco melt was all bread and barely any meat. The company should pull the franchise license ASAP, you’re better off at PEI WEI or The bagel place on the other side. Oh and it TOOK FOREVER to get the food. Go somewhere else…fast
