The food is authentic and spicy if you ask for Thai spice. The crispy bok choy, papaya salad, beef salad, and soups are all delicious. We've never had a dish we didn't enjoy. It is a very casual restaurant so atmosphere is not great but the food speaks for itself.

It’s too bad that they are now playing Thai radio so you have to listen to Thai radio talk in the background. It’s unpleasant. I was a regular customer for many years, and when I asked them about the change in music and told them how I felt, they said they didn’t care. They think everyone loves it which I find difficult to believe because most of their customers are not Thai. I think the owner loves it and the servers love it. Not the customers. You can’t understand what the radio dj is saying and it’s tacky anyway. Who wants to listen to the radio talk while you’re eating a nice meal? The owner said, “We can do what we want.” Of course they can. But it really turned me off on the place. The music and the way they spoke to me. Very disappointed.

I don't usually leave reviews, however, this place is awesome. If you're vegetarian, a meat lover, whatever your preference, this place has all of it and it's all yummy. When they ask spicy 1-4, it is the real deal. Check this place out!

Experience for your taste buds! The Sauteed Ginger Duck is Devine!!! If you order the hot mama sushi make sure you try it with the eel sauce. The appetizers were also made to perfection.
I eat at Suan every week, with parties ranging from 2 to 10. We love the sushi, the Thai, the staff, everything works at this place! It has been our "go to" since the they opened. Never have a negative thing to say!

What a great shop. Excellent / huge lunch specials with super attentive service. The food came out in a timely manner and the fish was very fresh. I had been going to another Thai spot but think this is my new favorite for that and sushi.

This seems to be a relaxing neighborhood fusion place with friendly service. Unfortunately my experience did not seem to match the glowing reviews. While the sushi roll looked wonderful, the ingredients were skimpy. The beef curry on the japanese menu was equally skimpy on ingredients with just four pieces of beef in a huge bowl with rice. I wish I had tried some Thai food to see if it would be better. If they had simply charged a bit more and provided more protein I would certainly think about going back. Service was a bit weird towards the end. I gave the waitress my credit card and she returned it with the receipt at the far end of the table away from me. Not a pleasant vibe.
