This place is monstrous! What a nightmare we just experienced. I placed a simple order for pick-up via their app. Got a confirmation with address, time it would be ready and order number. I go there to pickup sandwiches and get yelled at and told they don't do online orders and won't give me a refund even though my card was charged $30.13. I showed them my order confirmation on my phone (AF 4589E-08). They just screamed and chased out of store basically stealing our money and refusing us the food we ordered. I will NEVER forget this bizarre and horrible experience. Someone from corporate needs to investigate what is going on there.

If you show up with a coupon make sure you do not mention it until you are about to pay. They hate it and will treat you really bad so you won’t come back.

The lady literally gave the sandwich vegetables like she was making a kids sandwich further more my son spicy sandwich meat wasn't cut thin. There were huge fat pieces in the sandwich. The lady wasn't pleasant at all and didn't even ask if I wanted to make it a meal after purchasing 2 sandwiches and chips and cookies . But I understand how dumb she was. .

This is the subway I grew up on. The same owners since I was a teenager and I just moved back. I'm not sure if they sold the store or if the boy working tonight just really hates his job. It was disappointing, to say the least. Definitely not the place I remembered.

The staff is actually very friendly, just the website is worthless for orders more than 4 sandwiches, they never pickup the phone and there’s NO WAY to contact them or get food except to actually walk in and ordering at the store!

Went there Thursday 10:30pm and they were closed already. 2 employees were inside doing their closing duties and saw me pulling the door and they looked somewhere else

Google maps says this subway closes at 11pm and we arrived at 10:25 pm and the door was locked with the open sign. I knocked on the window because i saw someone inside working and he came and opened the door and immediately said I am close! I mentioned about the schedule on Google and he rude with an attitude said he didn't care what it said he was closed and shut the door hard and locked. This company should teach your employees how to treat customers. Never will we ever go back there again!

Usually I have a great experience at this subway I frequent their quite often for lunch, but today 5/15 about 10:35 am I came in and was completely ignored. Not that I need acknowledgment when I walk into the door of a subway. But the person supposed to be making my sandwich when i walk in line completely skips over me to deal with a lady that walked in the door after me. After he serves her i have a slight perturbed look on my face but i don’t say anything. When its finally my turn the gentleman looks at me and tells me to wait. Starts to unload bread onto the rack. At this point im somewhat annoyed i dont know if he can tell. While im waiting for this gentleman to make my sandwich as he is loading up the bread the SAME lady that skipped me in line walks back to get some more food. He then drops everything he is doing to attend to the lady. The server was very rude, the service on this particular day was horrible i dont know if ill be visiting this location again

So this Afternoon i make an order for me and my Husban I, we missed some ingredients in our order, so i called them and let them know, i took pictures of it and bring the salad too because i dont want just tell loes just because i show proof, so long story short Fallimie Joseph helped me, she was so gentle and nice, thankyouuu!

There's always something with subway. Ordered a sub online(add on and up charge for mozzarella and bacon) I was fine with the extra cost for what I wanted. Picked it up for home no bacon or mozzarella. Brought it back and had to be told I was wrong until I showed my receipt. Manager came fixed the problem, had the sun made again. Got home, realized they forgot it again. So returning it a third time asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do that, they could make it again. I'm the only person here if you can't do your job right the first or second time for the only customer, what makes you think I trust you to do it a third time. Oh was told the third time until I showed the receipt I was wrong as well. Ridiculous!
