The sandwich was good but the service was horrible. The lady in the front was rude, that even my child said it when we left. She was mad because I asked to remove the combo. On top of that no greetings of hello or goodnight, and I always say hi and have a good day to people. Just miserable attitude and face. She was sucking her teeth and giving dirty looks. Talking about “now with me taking the combo off they’re going to think I’m giving things away”. This is the third time coming to this location and having a bad experience with the service. It’s like they want to have a problem or confrontation with the customer.

Ordered online. Lady was rude and very unprofessional didn’t greet me or anything. I told her my name and asked for separate bags. She was acting as if I asked her to remake the sandwich. I asked her which one had no cheese. She said I don’t know I didn’t make the sandwich. I’m like well can you find out. Then I asked for extra peppers on the side she huffed and puffed. I said thank you. As I’m leaving I heard her say something about not tipping. With that nasty attitude I don’t regret not tipping. Don’t work with the public if you’re going to be rude and unprofessional.

I asked the employee to me with the app she said she doesn't know how can u work for subway and don't know nothing about the app . The vegetable are so bad they only have tomato onion cucumber and lettuces no olive no or other choices like other subway the tuna barely have mayonnaise!!! It's my last time coming to this location I hope I won't get food poisoning

I had a terrible experience with the worker at Subway this morning at 9:10 am. The door was open and I didn't see anyone. I called for someone and a lady came from the back. I said "Good morning. " She acted as if she didn't want to speak. I proceeded to ask for a sub. She told me that can't I tell that she wasn't ready. I asked her why was the door open. She said that they don't open until after 9 am. I told her it was after 9. I just felt that she really didn't want to be bothered, so I said bye. I don't feel that people with an attitude should be working with the public. I will not be spending my money where I am not wanted. That Subway is the only one that I know that doesn't open earlier.

Me and my family came in it was a couple of us in the store the lady was very rude to every single person who order she took I understand you guys were closing but it wasn’t closing time just yet. She also said to my mom when she took her order hurry up I got somewhere to be how rude is that . We asked can she get a new bottle of mustard she said no this all I got cause were about to close but it was 14 other people in there you couldn’t go get anew mustard? But she wears a black face mask. But everytime I come in there the workers are always rude never greet with a smile they are always rude.

I get the same sub, but it's prepared differently depending on whose working. I hope you know what I mean. I leave a tip for one young lady, I don't for the other. Attitude matters. Last week I was there and had to witness a homeless person being kicked out by an employee waiting for her shift to start, but I had to listen to her use some very fowl language in order to get that accomplished. I think he would have left without her cursing him out.

This Subway store has a sign in restrooms (out of order). How can some could spent some money and time dining in a restaurant that doesn’t have restrooms. I didn’t buy anything here and possibly more people haven’t spent money in this place due to the same reason.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Lady took my bfs order first and then couldn’t accommodate half the stuff I wanted bc she ALREADY HAD HIM PAY. Stupid workers, food was worse than other subways. If you preach a specific standard you should keep that standard.

The door is never open during scheduled hours even with the open sign on. Came at 9:40A when they are scheduled to open at 9A and nothing. Dont waste your time coming to this location.

The lady who was working alone has no manners or customer service skills. When I arrived in the store there was a man in front of me who only was in line for cookies like myself. The worker was making to go subs probably 4 or 5 at a time and she ignored everyone that was in line. Because 2 more customers came in the door and not one time did she lookup and said welcome to Subway I will be with you shortly. Another customer came through the door. I then asked her are you working today by yourself? She said yeah and continued to keep her head down while she continued to make the subs to go which I’m sure that order was made over the phone. So I stood in line for 25 minutes before I was helped and still she did not welcome me or spoke to me. Now the line is long and you had some leave and some stood there mad.Her nonchalant attitude was just cold and rude and why are you working at a place where you have to deal with customers but don’t know how to greet them or to assure them you are aware of their existence???Even when the lady came in the door for her order that she placed online, the lady said is that order for me and she still said nothing. Once she finished bagging the subs, she just handed it to her and stood there while the guy 1st and I was like hello and she stood there like a deer in head lights, no greeting and no welcome or nothing. My thing is, if you are short staff there is no need to take orders over the phone, come inside, but I guess that’s not one of subways policies and I refuse to ever go back to that subway again! Your employees are rude and have no customer skills at all! before me said you can go

Came in to get lunch didn’t see any employees so I asked a young ladie in the dine in area hey are they open she said yea someone should be back there sitting down I guess subway employees come to work to sit down bad experience at the location
