I love when you show up to a place 10 minutes before they close and they're closed you know I wish their corporate or at least somebody's boss watches the camera cuz why does the store still say open and they're definitely not. I used to come to this Subway almost every day but they just lost a customer

Omg. I have had it with this subway 2701 davie bld today 1/16/2025 a little b4 8pm is my last time. They always get my order wrong today there were a big lady working with an attitude. Since there were 4 cars in the driveway I decided to pick up my order inside and I got tired of getting something other than what I ordered. When I point out that they got my order wrong she got a nasty attitude she got another bread and picked out the chicken put it in another bread the worst the bread was falling apart. I told her twice she missed the sauce she continue wrapping the sandwich I screamed it and she said why didn't i say anything i said it twice and it was on the receipt since i mobile ordered they added a bunch of things I didn't ask especially things that could have gotten my son sick. She was sloppy and sweating I could have sworn sweat was falling into the sandwich I was tired my son was in school since 630 am until 8 pm. I took the sandwich but I throw it away because I didn't feel comfortable eating. Please people if you are going to order from this place go inside. To make it worst she's rushing to go break while leaving this young kid alone to manage the lobby and drive-thru. Do better with your employees especially that women working tonight. I feel 1 start was too much to give

I usually take my granddaughter here after school. She loves their turkey subs and long chocolate chip cookies. But just so you know, they don't serve soups here. It's a small place, and drive thru are usually busy, so you'll have to be patient when waiting. Otherwise then that the food is good and fresh.

Fallimie wow have you given me the best experience in a long long long long time I pray that my review get the attention of the management here because this woman really really shown true customer service she is such a sweetheart. Her energy is very wonderful. Great the words can’t evendescribe her energy can fill up and light the White House. She was such a respectful, professional, young lady who I felt the true obligation to put a survey about her customer service she is amazing. She’s wonderful. She is a true definition of customer service the food here. Fresh and up-to-date they have a variety of different things and because of the workers the staff like Mrs. Philine she is the real reason why I will come here regularly.

I ordered 2 foot long subs both of the black young girls that were working today at2:30 were very rude and didn’t make my subs correctly they half way made my subs I didn’t want to cause confusion I just paid for the food and left.

Horrible service. Why is it taking more than 20 minutes to make a ham sub, not heated?????
And why do they put the mayo and mustard in the middle of the sandwhich???? On top of the vegetables ?!!!!!
....If you don't give me back my money.!!!!!!!.

Order two 12" Philly sandwiches  via the Subway app, which included specific instructions for double meat. double cheese, toasted bread, and for each sandwich to be cut into three pieces.

Upon picking up the order, I noticed that the bread was not toasted and the sandwiches were cut into two pieces rather than three as requested. When I inquired about the bread not being toasted, another employee asked, “Did he request to toast the bread?”, implying that the instruction had not been made. This response was both dismissive and unprofessional.

Additionally, despite being told the sandwiches included double cheese, it was evident that this was not the case. The sandwiches were cold, even after a brief attempt to toast them for just a few seconds.

Excellent Customer Service. The ladies were awesome. Even when I had to add an extra sandwich it was not a problem. The person who took my order thought it was her fault but I assured it that it was me who made the error. Thank you again. Those subs were delicious ?
