Extremely terrible customer service.We went on 12/25/23 which was Christmas. My boyfriend and I were hungry and since this place was the only place open we went in. From the start they were all out of drinks and the chips were almost gone. There was a huge sign regarding coupons and certain items you cannot order. (This was strange as I’ve never seen it in any other subway). There was also only one lady (Indian lady, I couldn’t get her name tag) handling all the orders and ringing up. The customers ahead of us were already agitated because she was taking so long. This place is definitely under staffed. But that’s not even the worst part. When it came time to order I noticed she already had a variety of 6 inch breads laying out. Nothing was covered and they looked stale. As I was ordering I saw she was about to grab those breads to which I declined and asked for new bread. This woman instantly got mad screaming “this is brand new bread I don’t have anymore bread this is all you’re getting”. Mind you the customers ahead of my boyfriend and I got brand new bread from the back. When I told her this, she screamed at my boyfriend that she would not serve him. Never did he once talk to her. All he did was get up to see what was happening, when she started to scream at me for asking for new bread. We left after that. Extremely unprofessional and we weren’t sure if she’d do anything to our food after that. If you can go to the nearest subway, I would suggest it. Only go to this place if you really have to and if it’s the only place open. You will not have a pleasant experience here and the food is probably not fresh either. The lady that worked that day should also look for another job. I can understand being overwhelmed about working alone, but there’s no reason to start screaming at people just because they want fresh bread. It’s a normal thing across all Subway stores to give customers fresh bread. Also based at how many one star reviews this place has, maybe the owner should look into another business. It seems they nor their employees are good at representing Subways.

The owner/manager made his own rules for the coupons. It can't be used on non red meat subs. So no chicken tuna turkey or veggie patties. Just horrible if you don't eat red meat or pork.

Trump All Day
Went there for many years but stopped and started going to one closer to us. Just went back for the 1st time in years and I get told they don’t take coupons for a Turkey Footlong. And rudely too. So instead of them making 7.48 for a footlong and a somewhat new customer again they made zero. Not professional at all.

Pop up at 8:30 on a Wednesday, open sign is on but the door is closed. No one answers the phone but the lights are on. I swear the last time I r been to a decent subway was in 2015 because wth is this nonsense

......had a 12", Italian. Chipotle sauce, toasted, cheese, with plenty of veggies and meat.I'm more than satisfied. $9.99Trying to compare it to laspadas which is nearby. ( my favorite). But laspadas doesn't toast the rolls, they could get an interesting toaster like subway.Maybe a bit more meat at Laspadas. Both are clean. The Indian guys running this subway are friendly and nice. I'll go back.Oh I believe laspadas is $2-3 more, but gives more meat.
VERY BAD SERVICE AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!! I've been a customer of several other Subway shops and never experienced such poor quality service!!! The lady working there was extremely rude, would not honor my local coupon out of local newspaper and hardly applied any meats, cheese and toppings to my order, when I asked her to toast the roll she refused too because she said it would take too long for her time, Really, 1 minute of toasting a roll is too long!!!!! First time and last time for me at this location!!!!! As a business owner myself I'm sure this Subway restaurant will go out of business within the next year!!! Stay away!!!! PERIOD!!!

The attention says until 11 pm I arrived at 10:30 and the employee denied me the service because she wants to leave the corporation should review this because if the establishment says that it is open it must be open since they are stealing time or change the sign the door they say they serve until 11 very bad
