We ordered 3 foot longs with 1 being a Sub of the day = Tuna. We ordered 2 combos, but because the cashier didn't ring it up they were trying to charge us $7 for a drink for the 2nd combo. Also, he gave half scoops of Tuna, and we ask for a little more, and he charged for a ANOTHER scoops! Wtf!!

First and last time there. I went on 11/30 to purchase some cookies. When I walked in there were two ladies working and one guy ahead of me ordering 4 subs. I was there for about 15 minutes when I decided to just leave. I was never greeted or acknowledged, even when one of the ladies walked pass by me. I have no problem waiting, but it was just a fact that it felt so unwelcoming. Customer service was horrible.

I do have to say that I ordered the MONSTER foot long sub as I was in the mood for a STEAK Sub. I honestly have to say it ls not worth $13.99 as it’s little MEAT in the sub. I could have went to PUBLIX for a foot long sub cheaper then 13.99! It’s terrible that the coupons are only good for certain subs! I just know why I stayed away from SUBWAY Subs as long as I have !The girl who took my order was pleasant made my order a good experience that I will say that’s good ? Where is the DOUBLE PROTEIN on my Monster Sub?????!!!!??

horrible experience ,place was empty ,Noone around and finally someone showed up ,no welcoming attitude ,asked for a sandwich just told to do it in the machine ,I asked if he could do it ,just told me to wait with slow walking like didn't care ,so why would you work there if you don't give a f for customer,worst customer ser ice hope to find people that really care their jobs
