When I read the reviews I couldn’t believe the woman in the pictures was as bad as they described. Rewind, I went in a few weeks ago and was served by another individual who tried to throw us (my service dog and I) out. He then went on to ask questions that weren’t in compliance with the ADA. Fast forward to yesterday, this lady was the most disrespectful fast food worker I have seen in a long time. Won’t speak to you. Ignores your questions. Dismisses you’re questions on specials. I walked out. She took her gloves off and grabbed her cell phone and walked to the back. The manager needs to clean house here. Unbelievable.

It never seems to fail every time I go there, there's this older short lady that has the worst attitude. I have only been there twice because after my first experience I swore to never go there again, but today it was my last option and yet again the same lady from my first time was the one who attended me. I asked to add bacon she said that sub doesn't require bacon and I asked her to toast my bread a little extra and she said okay but she just ignored me and proceeded my order without toasting it extra. I'm never the type of person to write a review but congratulations to this lady she is the first.

Imagine starving after a long day of work or after a long gym session and all you want to do is go and buy a sub & every-time you go there the same women is there. The same women with the same attitude . Like I get it , not everyone is happy with their job but don't make subway look bad. Quit and find a new job . Honestly because the attitude of the short lady makes it unbearable to come to this location.
