The sign on the door for this subway on a Sunday says they open at 12pm. I was told politely by the worker behind the counter that they were closed for another 20 min due to prep time. I sat close by waiting and giving them the benefit of the doubt that they could be short staffed and were running late. After several minutes of watching the workers standing around playing on their phones or just talking to one another it became more clear as to the reason they were not open when they should have been open. Subway needs to seriously check up on this store. You lost my business today. This is the first time I've ever had an issue at any subway.
The subway in the museum may not have everything that a normal standalone subway may have due to how "remote" it is -but that doesn't effect the quality that much, it's just a normal-ish subway except in a museum.

Absolutely terrifying, the bug guy came and was spraying while we ate then the cashier started yelling about flies on the turkey (which she had literally just offered me a sample of) and telling him the employees are terrified to work there because the cockroaches are that bad. It's 2o clock in the afternoon and we were clearly trying to eat.. But somehow I'm thankful I lost my appetite so quickly. Real shame.
