Worst subway ever all the employees just stare at you especially this one lady it’s hard to even tip these people because of lack of customer service I will be petition to get this subway shut down.

The young lady who performed my and my child’s sub was exceptionally kind and attentive.
I highly recommend this service and will certainly return in the future.

Incorrect store hours. Says closes at 9pm. I was there at 8:25 and it was closed. Lady inside locked the door and said it’s closed

I recommend that the lady who serves takes a customer service course. Very bad attitude and treatment of the public. They don't accept coupons and treat you badly. It's impossible for me to return.

I called in regards to a tuna sandwich that my uncle ordered at 12:13pm today. He does Uber and did not realize how much he was charged until he got home. He was charged $28 for a $9 dollar sandwich. When I called to get this fixed the rude worker named Brittany- at least that is the name she gave me, was arrogant and cursed at me over the phone. She hung up on me more than once and was extremely hostile. Do better subway. I would rate this place a 0/10 if I could. Honestly I hope she gets fired, her exact words were I don’t have time for this and I don’t care. I do not think this is the correct way to speak to a customer. She told me to call back tomorrow and when I asked for a manager she would not provide me with the information.

I don't know about the other times people were here... but when I was there Kay was very good at what she does. Took my order well anticipated what I would say, chopped everything i asked i was even picky just to see if I can get her upset, which is not nice but she did not flinch at all. Fantastic service and clean restrooms.. say less.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Rude obnoxious cashiers including the manager. Lettuce was brown. Tomatoes tasted sour and spoiled like it’s been sitting out and haven’t been refrigerated. They don’t issue refunds for food being stale. Tables were dirty and a lot of topping options wasn’t available. Please avoid this place. Nothing here was fresh.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude and nasty employees even the manger. I order a sub it wasn’t made fresh and spotted hair in the cheese and even the cookies was horrible and hard as a rock. They wouldn’t offer to remake it fresh or issue a refund. I was stuck with nothing to eat on my lunch break. Horrible service and horrible food. Even the atmosphere I would give zero stars. The manager got loud and said he will not issue a refund and leave the store. The cashiers had terrible attitudes . I never been to a restaurant where they don’t issue refunds or offer to remake food if it’s not fresh or un sanitary issues.

I went into Subway and had such a great experience! As soon as I walked in, Lucy greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome. Then Errol took over—he was incredibly sweet, full of energy, and made me feel so comfortable. The store was super clean, and the whole vibe was positive. My sandwich was made with love, and it tasted amazing. I truly appreciated the awesome customer service!

Avoid this store at all costs. There are several other stores in the area if you want subway. I used to frequent this store and generally it’s been poor service and rude workers which is not uncommon in fast food these days, but I enjoy subway and it’s closest to me. My last experience has forced me to never patronize this store again. I placed a mobile order over an hour before their scheduled closing time using the mobile app. The order was accepted and my payment went through. I arrive at the store to be told they are closed but the website says they are open as well as the hours listed on the store front say they are open. The worker tells me I will get a refund automatically. That did not happen. I had to jump through hoops to get an answer about a refund and eventually the manager suggested the only way to refund me was for him to Zelle me but he wouldn’t refund the tax paid on the transaction. I told him that was unacceptable and I just wanted a simple refund to my card like every other busniness does.. Eventually the manager stopped responding to me. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This was NOT my first poor experience with this store but once you refuse to give a refund for food that I never got and waste my time like they did, I’m done. This store is a mess all around and at the very least needs new management. Go somewhere else

I ordered the meal of the day and didn’t get my fountain cup drink. She tried to say “I grabbed a bottle” when clearly she seen it was my mom who grabbed the bottle for her sub. She worked there Tuesday around between 5-6:30 sometime when I was there. She had sounded like the type to give someone an attitude. Even looking into her eyes I can tell she likes being stuck up.
