Bad service, the person who served us treated us very poorly. It was a terrible experience

They were out of about 3/4 of their menu items, and they weren't very friendly.

Shittiest Subway I've ever been into. We came her three days in a row to have a nice sub before our morning Drinky Drink, and in all days I haven't seen a single smile and heard only 2,5 words in English. This personnel is embarrassing for the Subway brand. And the lettuce was brown.

To start, I walked in and both employees did not make eye contact and continued speaking among themselves in another language.

When I asked a question about an item, a head nod without eye contact was all they could muster up.

My group placed their order, all while the employees did not speak a single word to us nor make eye contact. It would have been nice if they had switched to speaking English to respond to our questions and requests and at least kept their personal conversations to a minimum instead of acting like our group coming to spend money here was getting in the way of their day.

Tried to order food today at just after five. No one was in the front. After waiting a while we try tried calling and knocked.
We got tired of waiting and left to eat somewhere else. Through the window I saw a girl in the back apperantly to occupied with her phone to notice customers.

Don't waste your time waiting here.

horrible customer service . did not speak once even when spoken to. sat phone where the food goes and repeatedly picked up phone with gloves on that she was touching food with. Did not finish check out sat down in chair on her phone. Her not speaking I could care less but realizing she was touching her phone with the same gloves she prepres food with and sitting her phone on food designated surfaces is not sanitary at all.

Lady working was too busy talking on her phone to pay any attention to the orders we were making.

Lettuce and spinach appeared to be several day old.

Board of health needs to pay a visit to this place, and management needs to put a fire under the employee to motivate them to get off the phone and learn customer service.

Worst subway ever. Went at 9pm, it closed at 9:30, they had already locked the doors at 9pm. Went the next day at 8 pm, said she had to clean so we had to wait 20 minutes for her to even start. Worst attitude. Customer care is awful and the ladies are the worst. They suck at serving. Never coming back. All these girls should be fired.

The worst service ever I see multiple people have complained and for some reason this lady is still serving people she is so rude if you ask a question she ignores you completely my bf ordered tuna and instead of using the scooper she uses a knife and barely put anything on the sandwich which we don’t care a lot about that it’s the service we got that upset me it took everything in me not to go off on this lady she looks like she’s on drugs or something I’m not sure or she’s just a really terrible person she should not be working with people at all if I could do zero stars I would if you don’t want someone to ruin your day with there terrible attitude do not go here

We walk in and the one employee hides in the back. We waited 5 minutes. I looked into back room. Made a visual on her and she hide. We left. Not willing to give our money where it’s not appreciated. This beach place is a crime scene. Folks scoping the place out. Folks smoking weed. Not safe environment. Dirty.

Just a normal subway, staff were the issue there, the lady didn’t know any of the sandwiches on the menu, i had to show her the menu behind her and telling her 5 times which sandwich i wanted , she seem super confused like she never did any of those. Her daughter was hanging out and screaming her mom name from the kitchen, she did not understand the concept of a meal deal and charged everything separately.

This is a walk.to.location when you are. At the beach.. it's on the second floor on the left when you enter the food court yard. The sandwich maker had a lazy- fazer attitude. Seem almost put out that I ask for a foot long tuna on wheat . Got the sandwich and a bottle of water. Tables inside and outside if you want to eat there.The store also has a good selection of sandwiches and wraps. Sodas and other drinks are in cooler. Prices are reasonable for a beach location

most unfriendly service ever. a lot of products not available, they do not understand order, every second supplement you have to correct... so the service is very slow and when paying, they cannot remember what they have done. sorry and no smile nothing, you get scared...
