It seems like I’m not the only one who has had such terrible customer service here. Would give negative stars if i could. Not even worthy of a 1 star.

I ended up leaving and not getting to order. I came in around 12:20pm on 11/18/2025. I came in and nobody was behind the counter. The employee was just beyond the door to the back area on their phone. I could literally see them sitting there, listening to their phone at full volume. I even called out to get their attention and was ignored. At least the employee could catch up on whatever show they were watching instead of helping paying customers.

Lady had her belly out she used the same glove to make my sandwich to take a phone call. Super gross place everything looks super old

The lady behind the counter looked like I ruined her day just by existing. I didn’t even order I didn’t want to make things worse for either of us.

They don’t want business. Don’t show up at 9:15 they close early.

I had the worst service of my entire life.

I’ve visited 30 countries and thousands of businesses, but the service I received today (08/16/2025) around 8:15 pm was unacceptable. It’s hard to believe that a company like Subway employs someone as rude as the young lady who attended us. With very little effort, she almost managed to ruin my first night of vacation.

Was in the shop all alone for almost 10 min while the person working there sitting outside on the phone

Surprised at the low rating. It's been a while since I've been to this location but I never had issues at this Subway. The location is convenient too!

Came for dinner and the employee was on her cell phone the entire time. We were the only people in the establishment and it took her about 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches because she was holding her cell phone against her ear with her shoulder. She talked continuously on the phone and would barely glance up at us when it was time to ask us a question about our sandwiches. The phone rang 3 times while we were there and she ignored it completely.

I just left this subway. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service in my life! The server was on the phone the entire time. I could barely give her my order. She needs to be fired so she can have as many phone conversations as she wants.

Literally deserves zero stars. Why is this girl still employed ? She was on the phone load as can be, did not say a word to me until I said something to her and no matter what I ordered her response was we don’t have. Please hire someone els! I walked out!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Minimal communication and when they do it’s more like a military order. Shame as I love subway so thought I was set for my stay but I absolutely refuse to re enter this facility. Shame on the franchisee for allowing this as checking on previous posts all reviews prove to be the same complaints

Went in for some breakfast at about 10 till 9. Sign says they open at 8:30. Walk in and no 9ne greets us. In fact we got stares as if we intruded on their time. The oven wasn't even on so we couldn't order anything. The lady was rude in telling us that so we left.

Horrible! I went in to order subs around 5pm! The worker told me she couldn’t make my sandwiches, she was on break. I asked if anyone else was there. She said no and her break was 40 minutes. One second later a gentleman went in and she but gloves on and started making his sandwiches! I couldn’t believe it!!! I went back in and told her that was so wrong! They both just looked a me!
Unbelievable!!!!
