most unfriendly service ever. a lot of products not available, they do not understand order, every second supplement you have to correct... so the service is very slow and when paying, they cannot remember what they have done. sorry and no smile nothing, you get scared...

Restaurant was closed multiple times even though it was during posted hours. When I finally did get in the lady working there was quite rude, and all in all was not a very welcoming environment. Second time returning we were told they were too busy to take our order even though restaurant was empty. They were also out of footlong churro and cookie.

It was a struggle trying to communicate with their rude employees. The place was very filthy and after ordering sandwiches, we asked for a water cup and were refused and told we needed to purchase a soda or bottle water. The sandwich tasted ok but concerned about food safety because my wife got sick that evening.

Wow! What a couple of “space faced” druggies working here. One girl sits by the door on her phone all day. Couldn’t be bothered to GET UP and make a sandwich. The other girl is obviously on drugs. Completely wasted !!!Sandwich was ok. But, we had to help her make ‘em. Both girls should be fired !

This is another bad place. I think it's best to avoid the fast food chains in this area. I noticed a girl sitting outside on her phone when we walked in. I didn't realize she actually worked there untill she came in after we waited for a while. Everything we wanted they didn't have and the pickles looked grey!! She drenched our sandwich in mayo and mustard so it was the messiest thing to try to eat on the beach. Just get a sandwich from the small kiosk on the first floor, order something to go from the many awesome restaurants or bring your own goodies. I feel like these chains don't have employees that care to be there. Avoid these places so you can truly enjoy your time in FL.
