My yellow tail tataki was amazing but the nigiri sushi’s I ordered smelled weird and tasted weird aswell praying I don’t feel sick later the fish did not smell or taste fresh at all $60 down the drain

I have never had an issue with ordering from here before. I’ve ordered plenty of times for lectures and have always received good sushi. I called today after ordering a usual order and was very unhappy with the customer service. I let them know the sushi wasn’t fresh and dry. It was hard and the oil was old. We called to ask them for a refund or for them to send me another order but they were extremely rude. They hung up the phone on me, kept transferring me and saying that they are too busy to help. Extremely disappointed. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never order from them again. Cook kept arguing with me that she is the owner when I asked to be transferred and refused to help me. You can see in the picture that the tempura looks like it was frozen and refried. Most of the pieces didn’t even have cream cheese and tasted very old.
