We did the bougie experience and it was awesome! They definitely give us an upscale experience. The only downside was when I was making the reservation it did not reflect the TOTAL for 2 people so at the end of the night I was surprised when it was double.

I thought this was a decent omakase experience. Went on a Sunday night and they limit to 8 seats which I liked. The sushi was really good and service from the hosts were amazing. The only negative was that the chef was a mime. No interaction no conversation. I even yawned at one point. Also the sushi were inconsistent size/presentation/cut. Still tasted good.
