I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I felt like I was in sub way sandwich shop little tiny portions with a 5* restaurant price I don't care to pay for my food but don't make it rastions and charge me extra because I wanted to be able to taste it. Then top it off with wanting Tip. I liked the food needs a lot of work did on portions sizes and prices.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

I have such beef with this location. Sweetgreen is one of my favorite spots. When I visit NY it’s so good. I’m ALWAYS disappointed at this location- there’s been hair in my food once or twice and bugs in my food once or twice (can’t remember which thing happened twice). I told myself I wouldn’t go back- but after my trip to ny I was craving it again and went back last week. The food doesn’t compare still. On top of that- the AC wasn’t working. For me- it’s fine, I’m in and out. But it was INHUMANE to make anyone work in those conditions. I could barely stand 2 minutes. Those poor workers- I can’t believe the owners (whether it’s a franchise or corporate owned) allowed them to work in those conditions. I felt so bad for the employees 🥺

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant
