In 2025 I didn’t know we were still paying people to just stand there and mouth breathe. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY, PLEASE COME TO THIS TACOBELL. If you want tacobell, just past this location and go the on on Broward past university west bound. I’ve learned I’ve had to lower my expectations when ordering from this Taco Bell and I’m still pissed because these incompetent people can’t even get the simplest order right. This Taco Bell never ceases to amaze me at how horrible people can be at doing their jobs. Like I said, if yall are handing out free money, where do I sign up because I promise you if I was behind that window this tacobell wouldn’t be as nearly incoherent as it is now.

I’ll admit…the food here has never been subpar. It is always consistent and 9 times out of 10 it’s too hot to eat right away. That’s definitely what you want in a fast food restaurant. The only problem I have with this place is the inconsistency in employees. I’ve ordered mobile orders from this location more times than I can count. Never have I been told I have to come inside the restaurant to pick up my mobile order. The employee said they’re not doing mobile orders for drive thru anymore…..I’m thinking she’s maybe new or thinks I’m trying to pick up a door dash order or something. Guess I’m about to find out. Either way…the food here is usually about as good as it gets for Taco Bell. So I’d still recommend this location. But it’s always something different when it comes to the service.

I was in the drive through simply asking the young lady a question about one of the menus, she had a very bad attitude and took it upon herself to walk outside of taco bells, to come point at the screen as if I could not read and told me, am I blind or something. I simply asked, why are you being so rude? I'm having a hard time seeing the screen and I asked you a question. And she said, if you can't see at night you shouldn't be driving, I should tell the police you can't see at night. I simply came here to get something to eat. I've had a long day. And it's ten twenty four p m, and this lady is rude.I will never come to this taco Bell again 😒 look at the camera, it's10:25pm. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be disrespected by the manager. She slam the door on me and said taco bell don't give a shit about me and I can do whatever I want. This lady needs to be fired. Check the cameras

After receiving my food and opening the wrapping paper.The food was soggy and tasted terrible all together. Don’t recommend coming to this Taco Bell.

The worst Taco Bell I ever been to I don't know how it has never been shut down. The People who work there don't care talking on the phone. While people trying to place their order the night shift don't care.....
Terrible location. Incredibly inconvenient and inconsistent. They make up their own rules. One day accept a mobile order at the drive thru next day they don’t. Workers are very rude. Refused to take my drive thru order at the speaker at 7 pm with no cars in the line. Asked me to pick up inside and ignored me for almost 10 minutes waiting. I’ll spend my money else where in the future!

Horrible communication skills, it seems like anytime they put someone on the drive thru at night it’s straight attitude. No one told you to work there if you hate it so much then quit. They do a horrible job and talk crazy smack in creole. Fire the whole night crew and get new ones.
