TAKATO

we arrived at 8:30pm with a great noise of music. Well I accepted this “environment” but what makes me feel really disappointed is the speed of serving. We wait for almost 30mins for a waitress to order the food, and another 15mins for the food to be presented.

As always, the food was inspired and excellent. However, the noise level was intolerable. This is a high-end restaurant and not a night club. But you wouldn't know that by the ear-shattering volume they blasted the music. I'd say I'm too old for that but we were dining with a couple of millennials who complained about the noise more than we did. As much as I loved the food, we won't be back!!

Outstanding food and very artistic presentation. Service was very attentive and professional. Atmosphere was perfect for Ocean front dining.

Takato never disappoints. Every visit is exceptional, making it one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.

This restaurant was so amazing!! We stayed at CONRAD so it made it super convenient. Every single staff member-friendly and accommodating with a smile. Both the food and drinks were great as well. We will definitely be back!

The BEST service! Our waiter DAVID was the kindest person. Very knowledgeable of the menu and very helpful when we needed to make a selection. The breakfast was great and came out quickly.

This was my first time visiting Takado and I had a wonderful experience. The bartenders Nelson and John were so sweet and gave the best recommendations for drinks. Frederico was also very sweet and knowledgeable. He was walking by our table and it was so nice of him to stop and ask us how was our experience. And our waiter Bon gave us great menu suggestions as well as drink suggestions based on our likings. The restaurant was very clean. The drinks were flavorful and the food was hot and so delicious.

Never disappoints. From service to food quality this restaurant is a consistent go- to when we want a great dining experience!

We had a lovely night! Kevin, our waiter, was great. Food was delicious. Not the absolute best sushi we've ever had, but it was very good! The atmosphere was great for celebrating my birthday.

Probably the best meal I've had since moving to Fort Lauderdale . It was delicious, sexy vibe, and absolutely amazing service not to mention the beautiful view of the ocean. 

Absolutely the best I've ever had! Wow tell Them a first time and they have a killer sampler dinner! Not cheap but worth every dollar!

I always order the Duck Bao Bun which is just great. I also ordered the bronzini which is always excellent, as well. We also ordered edamame and Chilean Sea Bass. Mayron waited on us and he was excellent. I find Takato to be very well run and always enjoyable.
