The quality of food just keeps declining. I ordered a chicken avocado salad like always and this time it was as if they just threw deli meat on top of a pre made salad. They really need some serious improvements.

Had lunch here a few times. Steak Sandwich and the Burger are usually my choice. Burger is great. The steak sandwich, although made of filet, had a bit to much bread for the meat they gave you. Flavor was very good but to much bread.

The Service is good as well as the Food, but BE CAREFUL when paying with the Percentages of the TIPS they are charging, I consumed 31 dollars and 18% was more than $10 dollars IN THE BEAUTIFUL MACHINE THEY SHOW YOU, in the Happy Our from 4p to 7p, that is called STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMER, $31×18%=$5.58 because TIP IS NOT PAID FOR TAXES, Inspectors must Visit this site to verify the Tremendous Theft in tips, no wonder the people are so kind girls?

We are trying all our local joints and are really happy with discovering Tap 42. Riley kicked butt as our waiter, the food was excellent, and my margarita was made fresh ingredients and delicious. Riley absolutely charmed our 3 year old and was well versed in the beer selection so my husband got the perfect beer.

Let me preface with saying that Tap42 is my go to spot, I genuinely love their chicken tenders. I normally frequent the Coral Springs location which has a lovely staff, but today I visited the fort lauderdale location. Upon walking into an empty tap42, it took about 10 minutes just to get an actual menu and be acknowledged. The waitress at the bar had a very stand offish nasty attitude, she barely greeted us and it felt like it was a bother to serve us. Once she finally took our order for our drinks she asked for our IDs, we are both 30 plus, but my friend traveling from out of town had her ID on her phone and the waitress said she will not be accepting that. I have no issue with presenting my ID but her energy was HORRENDOUS and NASTY, made me not even trust her. The waitress had so much DISDAIN and negativity, I genuinely felt uncomfortable and compelled to cancel my entire order, tell the manager and walk out. I did not get her name but the manager knows who she is, because even as I was leaving she still had something slick to say. I decided to go to Bar Rita, the neighboring sister restaurant, where I received excellent service!!! I also learned that this tap42 gets several complaints regarding customer service! NOT SURPRISED, i’ll never spend money in an establishment that has poor service and treats customers this way, she is a poor representation of this company, shame on that girl, i’m still pissed just thinking about her disrespect! Zero stars if it were possible!

3rd time going to this place food is great. The 2nd time I get server #3333 she has a passive aggressive attitude bot very friendly gets very annoyed when you ask her for something. Then when paying the bills she put every together we ask to split she gave an attitude started asking what goes on my friends bill I tell her what's mines which is easier only 3 items and she rudely interrupts and tells me I KNOW WHATS ON YOUR BILL so then why ask her and then shut me up.Makes no damn sense no customer service her face is like she doesn't to be there and we come to ask for free food and drinks. Definitely, we will not be back.
